Отличный отель для остановки в целях бизнеса. Очень близко к аэропорту. Все что нужно есть или в отелн или в копеечной доступности. Вид из окна конечно лучше не раскрывать.. это индия. В остальном -супер!

Все достойно, но есть свои НО. Судя по всему, отель старый. Все довольно зашарпано, пыль и волосы убирают плохо. Даже чашки грязные. Видимо, это проблема всех индийских отелей. Завтраки, правда, великолепны.

Качественное обслуживание, сервис на высоте. Отменные рестораны! Все чисто и свежо. Близко к аэропорту но на окраине города.

Near airport, ok hotel. just missing the wow factor u expect from a 5 star hotel. some staff are nice but mostly staff are not trained properly, they just dont care about guests around them. Buffet food was good but normally so crowded and noisy that staff are normally overwhelmed and running around like a popular dhaba restaurant. Buffet food is normally repeated, but fine for 1-2 days stay. Housekeeping staff dont wear mask properly and cleaning was normally unsatisfactory. Towels had yellow/red spots. Overall average hotel but can be good option to unwind for a day for flight stopover as its near airport.I enqiured the hotel manager for extension of my stay but she didnt call back despite promising to do so. This tells you the attitude of the hotel. Food is not allowed from outside and in room dining is very expensive. Beverages are sold at 5 times the market price.

I have used it over the years and more frequently during pandemic times to avoid getting stuck in lockdowns. It starts from the reservation desk, where they surprise you with room upgrades, to their restaurant where the managing staff, from serving associates to senior managers, make it a point to let one have your choicest dishes. Got a great Customised stay package from the hotel for self and family. 01 week over, 03 still to go. Amazing and quite satisfying experience so far. Everything from airport pickup to the check-in was smooth and well co-ordinated. Just writing about today experience , I was here to attend spiritz award and I had luggage I asked hotel team me to take care of my luggage and they was so promising , and they informed me twice than the service it was totally fabulous . Ground staff was fantastic , they helped with sitting arrangements too , just an amazing service.

Stay is calm and quiet , nice service, nice staff , all good , Ms komal did great job in helping us ,just one thing , u guys need to improve your food quality , its not up to expectations.
