Hotel ambience is good. Staff are polite. Hygiene is maintained well. Service is slightly slow. Rooms are good but there is continuous noise from outside (Generator / exhaust). This will not let you have a pleasant stay. Pricing is ok

DR Uttam has always been my favourite hotel for stay, dine and drink, especially the hygiene is awesome. The bar is very quiet and chicken drumsticks, non veg mixed fried rice is delicious.

Very good hotel with very helpful staff especially Mr. Jamil in the front desk. very hardworking and competent. ever ready to help. I had a few issues when I checked in but the staff was prompt in setting me at ease. will love to come back again and again

Residence is fine but the restaurant isnt in three star standard. Ambience n look wise ok but the service in the restaurant is horrible. Especially the behavior of some staff. I want to suggest the restaurant people dont under estimate the customers knowledge. Serve only what they ordered for. You people served hot n sour soup when I ordered for a corn soup. Guys people with good enough culinary knowledge can also visit Ur restaurant. Dont play cheap tricks with them. Maintain good standards dont spoil our Nellores name n pride.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the stay has been very pleasant. This hotel has complimentary breakfast which is really great with various items available. The staff is really cooperative and responsive for the needs. This place has swimming pool on roof top, which is value add but the timings are limited. Not sure about the hygiene factor for the swimming pool as it was not very neat. The changing room provided for pool area is most pathetic in this hotel and felt very in hygienic. The food quality and room services has been really good. Request the management to look into the pool maintenance and quality to be improved. The restaurant staff needs to be trained more to serve the customers effectively in timely fashion when more people are in restaurant especially during breakfast time. Overall this is really good hotel to spend time when in Nellore and would definitely recommend anybody to stay here......

I agree 4 star hotel

Once it was known for its service and maintenance. But now their service has become pathetic. One issue I always face in this hotel is with the key cards. God must know when they work. And about their service, I had to call room service 3 times and I had to personally go till reception to get a coffee, which took almost 50 minutes to be delivered. When you stay with your family or parents, you have to be proactive to get the services. The attached picture is an example of their irresponsibly, where you can see they still have mentioned lift is not working, but both are working. Be prepared and Im done here. 😪

Best hotel especially if you are looking for a centrally located place adjacent to the RAILWAY station and with all the amenities. It has a ample space for parking and easy access to the main market. Food is good but the staff members were reluctant to the needs especially house keeping. Excellent and newly re built property.

Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Restaurant staff is very friendly and worm welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced. Fresh fruit in addition to all the other hot and cold items.

Hotel is good. Rooms are comfortable and cosy bathrooms were very clean but very poor quality services and everywhere they expect tips irrespective of their quality of services, in fact many of them will stand next to you until you give tips. We were excited to see Swimming pool but the pool side bathrooms and toilets were very dirty. Pool water required more cleaning. Parking is adequate but valet parking is not available other than sign board and you should not ask for valet parking coz the security? ( blue uniform guys) gets angry If they can correct these things it is a very good hotel.

I have stayed in Dr Uttam hotel for night. Though the hotel looks a bit old it is one of the most sought-after hotel for staying for travellers and businessman.this place is recommended just in case there are no other hotels available which are better than this.

Hotel somewhat old, but food and service very good.You cant expect beyond this at nellore.The front desk people are very cooperative, at the time of check-out they enquired at my return journey and offered me to occupy room for an extra hour without cost.

Worst experience ever . We would have rather stayed road side than this disgusting 3 star hotel .. very bad response and service . If you book online and pay they are least bothered.Hotel room is a mini zoo you can find cockroaches and lizards . You get disgusting water from tap dnt know if it’s sewage water . Booked a room for two nights a long time ago . Got delayed so checked in late in the night . The room was stinking of cigarettes. Mosquitoes were in the room ! The other room which my colleague had booked was not even ready and they started prepping the room upon our return .The management were not very responsive at all . Absolutely shocking experience! Would not suggest this place at all . Had a very good reputation 8 -9 years ago but Im sorry to say this place has completely gone down !

This is my best stay so far. Location, Ambiance, Staffs all were good. Enough area for car parking and its valet parking. Nice food quality. Worth of money. I would always stay in this hotel if I need to travel to this place in future.Only concern is check-in or check-out is fixed to 12. Need to pay extra for retention hours. Always we cannot manage to check-in or check-out by 12!!!

Checkin was very good. They allowed booking through GOIBIBO at discounted price at the hotel itself. Very good facilities. Kids really enjoyed playing at the pool. It was value for money.Now coming to the negative aspects. We had issue in complimentary breakfast. Their welcome letter mentioned complimentary breakfast. But we were charged for two kids aged greater 12 years. Nowhere mention was about this. I could not find this when I booked. They simply replied hotel rules. It is difficult to comprehend how these things are done without info at booking, that too in a country known for hospitality. The hotel claims 3 star but hair driers are not available.
