I have puchased a tricycle through firstcry.com but parts are missing in the package, when i complained to firstcry, i am surprised they are very irresponsible to respond to my query and not even accepted return nor provided the missing parts….i am requesting for the same since the past 2 years…. still issue not resolved and now they can only shower sympothy on me with ignorance….fraudulent company dont buy anything from its website.
