Worst response from spare parts section.. no proper guidelines. Selling spare boart with high rates as compared to outside. Debit cards and cards not accepting. If they accept but they will charge 2%on debit card, 2.5% on credit cards.

I went there for my cousins bike servicing. Hes got Yamaha R15 version 3.0 they got fast servising we gave the bike in the morning at around 8:30 and we got it by afternoon 12:30. Although in the morning while giving the bike for servicing there were a lot of customers, so we have waited in a que with 7 to 8 people. It took 30 min in waiting to get our turn. Although the servising is good, but as each service goes by the bikes performance is being reduced slowly. I dont know exactly is it the servicing or the companies bike itself are like that. Overall if u want a quick servicing you can go there for us they charged 800 change something for normal servicing that too the bike is new (with in a year).

If there was 0 stars, then I would have given 0 for this unpunctuality, communication, approach to customers and service. I gave my scooty on thrusday and promised delivery was on Friday. They didn’t give it on Friday. They told me to come on Saturday before 11 and I told them to give my scooty before 11 for sure because I was traveling out of city for the weekend. I called them at 11 and they told it isn’t ready yet. I was so frustrated. They called me at 2 saying your scooty is ready ma’am, you can come and pick now. I told him I will come on Monday to pick it because now I’m out of town. I went there on Monday morning and he told me to pay for the service and after paying he asked me to sit for 10 mins. After 15 mins, he said 10 more mins., after 35 mins, I saw my scooty head light on the floor and messy. I got so irritated, and was so mad and I told them to call me when the service is done. After 2 days, on thrusday(one week passed) I went there to pick he told me to sit for 10 mins. I saw him fix some screws on the front and was searching for my scooty keys, which he didn’t find eventually. What kind of irresponsible service center is this? Today is Friday I still haven’t received my scooty yet. Total waste of service here.
