It was a very special experience to give a treat to my parents at BBQ. My father is foodie and he enjoyed the experience. Grills are best. Main course and deserts equally good. Santisation, social distancing and hygiene, all well maintained. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Specially Mr Aasim took care that our experience is memorable.

Worth a what you pay..They have a variety of appetizers and serve very well, their food quality and taste is too good.The place was very hygienic and they have sanitized our table in front of us and also offered sanitizers individually also they have checked the temperature before allowing us in the restaurant.Service was very good i love the way they have handled us and also provided the cake for our celebration and also complementary drinks.This was adorable and best in class.Thanks for making our lunch a memorable event.

Yesterday i visited barbeque nation mahape branch with my family, worst service worst food, waste of money, pathetic, dont go barbeque nation waste of money, but then also u want to go then dont visit Mahape branch, variety in starter is very less, so many times i call person to bring this to bring etc etc, but not get on time & also so many starters not provided, worst dessert & qty very lessi order mocktail juice but after spending 3hrs i did not get, i wast my 1800rs 😢after 3hrs of bad service & foods i finally go on billing counter but no body is there to collect payment, after 10min person came asking me what u have taken how many person, sometimes i thought if they not require bill then why should i payGhatiya 👎Pls return my money

Lovely dining experience. Amazing Service. The non veg live counters and more variety of deserts & local street food items were missing in the buffet, which were usually present in chennai & hyderabad branches. Nevertheless a fine dining experience with amazing service.

This is one of the worst BBQ nation you can experience. Sweets were like hell bad. It was so sugary that you cannot eat more than 1 dishes. I believe they used sucrose. Same with the ice cream. I would never recommend to visit this outlet. Better try with other BBQ.

Great place for buffet with lot of options to choose from. Be it fish chicken, mutton, prawn everything is just fabulous. You will never be disappointed from this place. After having heavy starter, keep some place also for your sweet tooth. I am sure main course will take a back seat at this place because of best starters.

Not happy with the service... One man to serve 5-6 tables..they are charging almost 1000 per head and have only one person to server 5-6 tables... Who is trying to do every bit to fulfill the orders.. But didnt succeed.. As we had to wait almost 30-45 minutes for every sig... Honestly Please improve services as your charging for it

I had visited here a while ago with my Di & Jiju. There was a treat by my di on his promotion on his ongoing job. The experience here I got was quite awesome. Here, they are very famous for his starters most than the main course which can be seen while tasting there mouthwatering starters. Review 13-09-19:5 star for their service and attentiveness. Thing started bad, i booked my table a day before but when i arrived all table were full. Previous customers where still eating there so no place for reserved table. This was frustrating at first but they eventually managed to provide table. Later they gave us very good service and also apologize for the wait. I was frustrated but rather than showing my anger on them i asked for some complimentary drinks(non alcoholic). Now a complimentary drink is only available for lunch on some occasion. But they realized the important if a customer and to my wonder a complimentary drink was provided. The staff, manager all were too humble. So the visit was very pleasant. I will surly visit again. It was good but not the best like other BBQ. Starters were good but not all of them chicken & mutton kebabs, chicken crispy, lolypop and in veg pineapple were good. But the main course was as usual same stuff. Deserts were yum specialy the kulfi and kulfi falooda. If you only want to eat starters then do visit mahape BBQ because its pocket friendly. But if you want to enjoy main course also then go some other BBQ but do read the reviews before hand. Enjoy👍

Probably the best Barbeque Nation outlet I have ever been to!As one would expect, the food quality and staff service was up to the mark.Food on the grill was mouthwatering and service was really fast for the starters. Staff was polite and was constantly making sure that food taste is as per our demand.Occasion of the visit was Birthday and Barbeque Nation did not disappoint and created a perfect ambience for the moment. They even gifted a framed picture as a token.

Nobody to take care of your needs, no menu variety, overcrowded and tasteless and poorly cooked food.I had a really bad experience a week back.Vowed never to visit Bar-beque Nation again.

Been here for the first time. The taste is good as in any other BBQ. The place is small as compared to other BBQs but I liked it. The service is also good. I actually enjoyed panipuri a lot. In nonveg section I liked the mutton gravy and leg piece which they serve in starters. Also I liked the corn they serve before starters. They also serve you with complimentary beer or fresh lime soda. Pasta was bit dry to eat though.

We 3 friends visited to have lunch here,but it was very disappointing.There was no one to take care of the Customers,the staff was behaving like they are offering in charity,after long wait of around 45 mins we got in at 3.10pm there was no one to serve even water,when I personally got up and went to the waiter named Sewak and Santosh who were just coming and going they gave potato tikki then again after request they gave grill and started serving,no one was bothered or had empathy for customer,then I upfrontly asked for floor manager one person named Amol came there he said u will get what u want,but nothing changed he didnt came to the table,we all were disappointed nor only we other customers also started complaining,then finally while leaving I asked a person Named Shrikant Khilari who claimed that he was a cluster manager,I asked him that is this a right customer service,he was not able to speak anything.One more waiter Mr.Abdul he also was same like others he Said that he is new here and this place is really not good, whereas as per him Bandra BBQ is good.We had been to several places of BBq but the experience here at Mahape was pathetic and decided that we wont come here again.I request management to take corrective actions or this is damaging the brand BBQ.

Had a great experience with them. Very nice staffs, they are always around us to ask us our needs. We visited this place when they were having sea food as the attraction. They decorated the full place with many sea related stuffs.Food was awesome they will customize food for us like if we need spicy they will arrange it.But the only -ve was the dessert section. They might have increased the options in that.Otherwise everything was awesome.Planning to visit this place once again.

Awful Service. God awful food, especially Vegetarian food. We were served uncooked paneer and pineapple as starters for a 1000rs buffet.Crispy Chilli Paneer was soggy.Service was nonexistent, we were sitting idle for most of the time.Worst part was in main course, the hakka noodles was stale and had an repulsive odour.In dessert, firni tasted weird and was probably stale as well.Despite repeated requests for food, the chef or manager didnt try to resolve our issues.I usually eat at various Barbeque Nation outlets, but this particular outlet is horrible, wouldnt recommend eating here for free

Had a horrible experience on a Sunday afternoon, i guess they were under staff that day but still accepted bookings and orders. We had to wait 30 mins until we got a seat even after reserving with prior bookings. We had to literally get up and chase the waiters to ask them to serve us Then After 30-35 minutes they came and did the setup for barbeque. Finished our lunch at 5 pm approx.

Ideally Barbeque Nation beats all buffets because of the variety and service of starters. Good , hot and prompt replenishment adds to this. Starters are preferred course now , because of the diet concious choices of people.Definitely the main course choices are good.Live pasta and paanipuri counter too is happening.Its always satisfying to have hot roti and butter naans with your meals.Service is very good.The dessert counter though needs some tweaking, pastries and Indian sweets were available.

Spread of dessert can also be improved, but the present options are also plentiful.Drinks are extra and mostly expensive, would had been great if at least one non alcoholic drink could have been included in the buffet price.Weekend nonveg buffet starts at 799 which is not bad considering the spread.

Right from the starter to he desert unlimited food and its jus not unlimited they also give you a complimentary drink which includes beer , mocktails etc the main course is also good and talking about the desert you get many varieties which will confuse you.
