I wish there was a negative star ratingThe most useless employees to manager.Nobody knows a thing.No one is interested in working, just good to check account balance.It will make no difference if they are replaced by useful robots, they would work better as.. brains wont be mandatory.
The employees of this branch must be sent to the nursery school again & must get learning on human behaviour & mannerism. After that if they still behave inhumanly then they deserve a tight slap including the branch manager. SBI- Stupid Bank of India.
If you have any account related work, which can be done in 5 min. Please take 3-5 days leave from your job and camp out side of bank.Day 1 - unable to find exact issue from their side.Day 2 - server issue please try again tomorrow.Day 3 - after standing in queue for 2 hrs its lunch time now please wait.Day 4 - working hrs are over Bank is closed. Try again tomorrow.Day 5 - There is no issue found.On other side I have account in other pvt bank, everytime I visited I got my work done in 5 mins.Very pathatic staff enjoy playing on mobile and 1-1 hr on calls and customers are suffering.
Today my sister meet this branch to open saving account. but no one on his seat. After 45 minutes one lady come and talk only 30 second and give very less information. when my sister asking any question he completely ignore. very very poor service provide for bank employees. bank should change the staff.
When new branch was opened I had given 5 stars to staff but now very poor and slow service provided by staff.
Branch Manager should be sacked!!! Very irresponsible and because of him I am closing all my accounts with SBI!!

I am very pleased with the excellent customer service & friendly attitude of Br Manager Mr. Andrews George Koyappa. SBI Swastik Park Br. Kamothe. He help me start my YONO. I can do my banking easily.
