Great stay at this property. The hotel is located at a prime location in Mysore. All major tourist attractions are near by. The staff is very polite and professional. We stayed in Ruby room. The room was well laid out, spacious and at affordable prices. The hotel also has a multi cuisine restaurant and an ice cream parlour within the premises. Strongly recommended for stay.

Front office manager Aqeeb had a smiling face all the time and responded to most of the queries on time, except a few. 2. linked the hygiene of linen and towels. they were fresh and clean. Cons-1. After check-in and in the evening I could only find the security in the hotel, who took his own time to respond to any query. 2. Lift was switched off. Guests with elders make sure you ring them before your arrive and ask them to turn it on. If they do not respond. make sure to find some other hotel as rooms are located in 2nd floor. 3. I had to call them up for turning on the common area lighting. Quite sure they wouldnt have turned it on if not reminded. Imagine being alone in such a dark area!4. Faced hot water issues which intimately was not resolved due to some electrical breakdown (as informed to me by front office manager). Ended up taking cold shower. Small feedback- Do not accept bookings if you cannot provide the above basic stuffs properly. There was no one at the desk while checking out too. Average experience.

You can get cheated here.When I enquired for a room, the lady mentioned 4500/- per night and 50% advance for booking (btw other hotels close by don’t take 50% advance) and then a guy comes up and says the room will cost 4800/- per night.I seriously couldn’t understand the increase in price in one person to another.I didn’t book cause I felt cheated, even if it’s just 300/- extra per night.You can choose Grand Mercure instead.

We visited Hotel Roopa Elite for a weekend! It was a wonderful and comfortable stay here! The rooms are spacious enough and provides good sunlight through the all glass window! I would highly recommend this if you are visiting Mysore!On the improvement side, I would have been happier if there was more options in the breakfast buffet, specially for non-vegetarian!

Stay was good. I was under impression that room for 2 members. My son who is studying in mysore had joined me to stay for 3 nights. Hotel has charged Rs 800/- per night as additional charge for the same which was unexpected.

Location is easily accessible, staffs are very kind and helpful. check in time is 2:00 PM which is not convenient. there is a rooftop restaurant in the hotel and swimming pool too. Rooms are clean , in the restaurant Indian food was good , when I ordered Chinese food the meat wasn’t fresh the chicken was as hard as rock taken out of the freezer .

Our family had a pleasant stay for 4D & 3N at Roopa Elite from 22nd to 25th Dec 2020. The property was well maintained, clean and neat. The rooms were spacious and well sanitized, with all amenities. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We really felt at home. The food in their restaurant Infinit was very tasty, healthy and fresh from farm. No food was greasy and they were travel friendly. The servers and the supervisor were very polite and caring. They also ensured to take care of the elderly by preparing special food. The chef also took time to make these foods and mash them for my mother. On the whole, we had the best stay in Roopa Elite.

Hotel is located around 5kms within city...good things is they have good parking space in front and in basement... the hotel is very neat and clean and all COVID protocols.. there is a pool at roof top but we cant use due to COVID...i deducted one star because breakfast is average and not many options like other hotels...overall good budjet hotel..

Hotel was good. staffs are friendly. located at the right place, useful to reach most of tourists spot places within half an hour. food options are not good. quality of food can be improved also the varieties for breakfast buffet. rooms are clean but not well maintained. for example bed side table lights are old dusty needs replacement. overall its good stay, will rate 6/10calm atmosphere.

Hello.Nice hotel with all basic amenities, decent parking space, easily accessible, comes with a rooftop restaurant and a pool. The pool wasnt cleaned when I visited this time. Some plastics and other objects floating in the water touching ur legs inside the pool. Rooms are perfect with all facilities one could ask. This hotel is affordable compared to others in mysore delivering better services. Would surely recommend.

Very very nyce

Roopa elite hotel is nice little hotel in Mysore. It mentioned swmming pool which is not worth it as its just roof top small water tub. Breakfast was amazingly and surprisingly good. Sunshine bathed roof top location of hotel is nice for breakfast. That was best time spent there as family. Just one drawback that there is no soace for kids to olay around as hotel is built in middle of resdiential plots and hence space is literally a crunch on exterior side.

Location is great, the roof top restaurant is really good. They even have a swimming pool thats very decently maintained.But a long list of cons...Wifi is really poor and the server had a problem for most of both days that we stayed.The room access cards get deactivated after a day and on contact with a mobile.The front office staff dont intimate you of any discrepancies and have a very polite sorry for everything.The lifts dont work well, the sensors, closure and maintenance is all average.The intercom is really funny and you have to contact one department to another even for a bottle of water.Bills could not be generated at the front office desk early in the morning...We were held waiting for 10 minutes.Rooms are badly planned , theres a beautiful balcony but the cupboard and dressing area have acute pitfalls in planning and placementRooms not fully sound proof, you can listen sounds on the passage as well as in the adjacent rooms.Privacy not given even the least priority while planning the room.Except for the demeanour and attitude of the staff nothing seemed to be elite.They can be rated higher if the above criterion are addressed.

I had to face one of the worst experience with the hotel staff.I had finalized a Suite room with the hotel staff for 3 adults. While i was checking in, as their swiping machine was not working and they wanted me to pay, i had stepped out to withdraw cash from nearby ATM. Mean while hotel staff moved my luggage and family to a different Standard room and they were asked to stay in that room. On my return i was told that as i had not informed them about my 7 year kid earlier and i was trying to hide it from them, they will not give the Suite room (as they have allocated it to another single person & his room was given to us) and for the same price they asked to stay in the Normal room. They asked me to pay the same amount for the normal room and did not agree for reducing the price. Not only did they move my family to a different room during my absence, they did not mind loosing a customer for Rs 200.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and they cheat people by telling us that normal rooms are booked and only suite rooms are available. When we check in the hotel, normal rooms are available.They are not at all bothered about customer satisfaction and would want to make money.They moved my family and luggage to a different room in my absence and did not mind, me moving out of the room and were not ready to reduce the price by Rs 200.I got a much better hotel (Fortune JP Palace) for lesser price, compared to Roopa Elite and it was a much better Hotel. My 7 year Kid was provided complimentary stay as well.Worst Hotel & Worst staff in Mysore. Would recommend people not to choose this hotel even as their last option .....

Rooms were nice. Booked two rooms,had a/c leakage problem in one room which wasnt solved even after multiple attempts by their staff. Food was good and overall experience was also good.

The best hotel so far and the experience was phenonmenal. Quick services, the food was amazing, the rooftop restaurant is beautiful, every corner of the hotel was neat and clean, smelling good, hygienic. The room and bathroom both were spacious enough. I liked the room interiors. The best part was the view from the balcony. It was like staying in nature. You can check in the pictures. I will surely go there again and recommend others as well. As a business traveller I generally look for a tea maker. Here I stock for tea and coffee was enough and were a bar fridge as well.

Pleasant Stay at Roopa EliteWe booked Emerald Room. The room was clean, air conditioned with temperature control. The bathroom was very clean and had all the toiletries. The wifi speed was also. They had rooftop restaurant, the food quality was very good we tried there chinese dishes which were very good in taste and fresh.The provided complementary breakfast which was also decent. There is Dominos, Pizza Hut near the Hotel. Location is also good and bus stop is also very near the hotel. Private parking area of the hotel is available. The hotel staffs were very well behaved and very friendly. Overall it was a nice stay. Rating 9.5/10

This is one of the best hotels to have an eye on in Mysuru. This place is situated quite at the center of the city with Dominos, Subway and supermarkets nearby. The hotel has amazing cozy and comfortable rooms with a good ambiance of the restaurant as well. The glass lift is also fancy here. Every facility of a coffee machine, room service sofas and everything else is here to make your stay homely.

The rooms are excellent and the staff are mostly helpful. But they dont tell you what ID proof you have to carry. The staff refused to give us rooms without the correct ID. This put us in a bind since we were traveling from out of town and had no way of going back and getting the ID. Luckily we had a a soft copy and they accepted it. But the front desk staff clearly could care less and didnt behave well during this incident. They need to make things more clear at the time of booking. They even called us a day before to confirm if were coming, but failed to mention anything about ID requirements for foreigners. Also, getting hot water for bath in the evening is a problem. It takes a very long time to get hot water. The rooms themselves are very clean, spacious. The support staff also are helpful and courteous.

Complimentary breakfast serves a good assortment of food items. Theres a pool to relax and foosball table for entertainment. The place is in a convenient location and the neighborhood has a lot of shopping places and eateries.
