Shoppers stop is store with no offers. If you are looking for some exciting offers with low price i will suggest go for some other store. The prices are overrated here.

The service here is trash. Buying stuff is real easy. But returning or exchanging stuff is a nightmare. I bought over 10000 rupees worth of stuff. And I had to exchange a single pair of shorts because it was the wrong size. From the time of the purchase to the time of CC the return I hadn’t even left the store. They still tried to charge me a fee for an exchange. They originally rang up the items in no time, but for the exchange they made me wait for a whole hour. This store just has awful management and awful policies. No wonder their initials are SS.

Am not gone there am working beside of that store so please dont ask me everyday k🤨

This shopping place has many good brands of clothes, they also have accessories to buy.They also have decent discounts

As on August 2021 when I visited it has a decent collection of clothes but not much when it comes to footwear.

Absolutely no crowd at all. Many shops are closed permanently and the whole building looks desolated. Only one entry to the mall. Once bubbling with the crowd now looks empty. 🤒

One place for all brands, cost is too high, if there is any offer the collection will be very limited. Apart from the cost service is good.all kind of fashion products available expect ethnic ware. Discount is not fare here. In online you will get it in discounted price.

Well i should say they have the best customer service.... i wanted to exchange t-shirts taken in jan... but dint have bill or tags.... well after so much of roller coaster of 1hr they got it exchanged... Thank you so much..

Shoppers stop is a one stop destination for textile shoppe.. arranged in a three storey, you will get whatever you need. Almost all branded items are exhibited here. Staff are very supportive and help you out in selecting dresses. Shoppers stop first citizen card holders will get early bird special offers often. Its always economical to shop during offer time.

Most of the Times the stock is outdated, same designs is kept for several months. They need to bring in newer styles and products more often in all merchandises.

Few things made me to give one star. Yes, I am happy with the product, But few negligence is what consumes time , energy and everything. For Ex: I have purchased a shirt, but the staff forgot to remove the safety pin and now again i need to visit the store for removal of that pin. Which is again waste of time, petrol, energy which was unnecessary burden on the day of event for us.

Experience good as a buyer. Sadly this as I see is more a visitors shop. Very few are seen buying. Foot falls inadequate. To add to the misery sales personnel are not sufficiently motivated. Location disadvantage and concentration of customers at eateries and cinemas are a dampener . Pull very low.

The overall experience was decent, only thing I would say is that the collection and variety of clothes is not as good, say compared to lifestyle. I know its comparing very different apparel brands..but still thats my 2 cents of experience with SS.

One of the most visited stores inside mall of mysore. Its great for womens apparels and accessory. The ground floor is womens section and mens on the next level. They usually have offers running throughout the period. The staff are friendly too.

This is located inside the Mall of Mysore in three different floors. Its a multi branded clothing showroom. The ground floor is the womens section and you ll also get watches and perfumes there (both men and women) . The first floor is the mens section and the top floor is the kids section. There will be exclusive offers sometimes when you shop clothing.

I have been a regular customer of Shoppers stop but had a bad experience the other day. I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes for just 100 rupees change . The customer service assistant whose name was Kalpana kept billing other customers and kept us waiting. Then after a long wait and complaining to her she asks a gentleman standing next to her if he has 100 rupees and he pulls it out of his wallet and hands it over. This could have been done much ealrlier. When I got the change and asked if I could give feedback she says sorry time is over. This isnt very good service in my opinion

I had purchased one razai worth 3500 to my baby to keep him warm in the winter. But within one machine wash the microfiber inside started coming out.Iam really unhappy with the shoppers stop and the workers their who fooled me to purchase a costly waste product. And neither it keep ur baby warm nor it is worth to buy.

Shoppers stop crew need to be oriented towards a proper billing. Yesterday, I was at the billing counter trying to settle a long bill. The lewd man behind me tried to put his hands across to pay even while i was trying to collect the bags. Yet the staff did not ask him to wait but entertained him, and the man moved even closer as if trying to pay. And there was a showdown. All this could have been avoided if the billing staff had not behaved as if collecting the money was the only priority. I would think twice if i have to go to shoppers stop at mysore mall again.

Unhappy with the staff.They are more interested in selling you worthless 100 rupees Shoppers stop membership card forcibly than letting you shop peacefully.And, I didnt like constant intervention by the staff while I am selecting clothes.Constantly nagging with buttery words to buy a lot of clothes for discounts. Hi Shopper stop staff, just tell us the discounts, dont keep enticing.
