It was a nice experience staying in Pai Vista, Mysore. I was there with my aged parents and my spouse. The rooms were excellent, neat and clean, air-conditioned, sanitized, and quite spacious for 2 person. They have themed restaurant Gufaa for North delicacies which was pretty good and food was excellent. They have another Andhra-styled restaurant, Andhra Rochulu, at top floor that also serves morning breakfast. Breakfast was awesome with many varieties of South, North and Continental spread. Serving to-order dosas, eggs as well as puris. food was very nice. The best part is their services which was prompt. I would definitely recommend this hotel stay with food for a wholesome nice experience. Kudos to the management and the staff.👠Decent and educated guests, no chaos. Ample tables with attendants at the restaurants. It was a nice experience with my family of 4.

It was a pleasant stay. Got a spacious room on the top floor and it was so tidy. The food served in the restaurant was so delicious especially the breakfast buffet spread was huge yet economical. Also, they have got a huge parking lot and you can safely park your car overnight. I would highly recommend this place

Location wise excellent. Just opposite Mysore Bus stand. Room was spacious. Booked a Comfort room and it was worth the money spent. Breakfast was good. The Dosa they served was the best among their menu. Only problem I faced was regarding entertainment. Only free channels are available. Not a single paid channel was available and the Wi-Fi connectivity was not consistent.

My room (206) was connected to another room via a door. Which means, whatever happened in that room was audible in my room. I cant remember the last time I noticed a door connecting two rooms in a 3 star hotel. Imagine paying 3K per night for this joke of a room! Secondly, the hotel connected me to someone named Mahendra for a taxi to Brindavan Gardens - the person tells me Rs. 1200 will be the charge and I agree. When we reach Brindavan gardens, Im told that there will be an additional charge of Rs. 100 for the parking. Why is this disclosure coming so late? Why not make a full disclosure at the time of booking to the customer and tell him that the total charge will be Rs. 1300 inclusive of Rs. 100 parking? Why hide information from the customer at the time of booking and give him a surprise after the journey has commenced? It is not about hundred bucks which is a neglidible amount for someone staying at a 3 star hotel but about basic ethics and integrity. Again, is this how a 3 star hotel supposed to provide service?

It was an amazing experience. just next to bus station, well-placed property with friendly staff. brilliant room and facilities. it would be wrong if the restaurant is not appreciated. mouthwatering food and absolutely delicious. a must stay anytime in Mysore

I was late check in due to dely of flight at banglore but when i reached the hotel was fully dark and frontage has no lights also. Moreover no security available in main gate. when we called the land line after only security came out and allowed us to go inside. but after reaches the front office the proceess is very good and rooms are fine.

Had a wonderful experience here during our stay. The staff are helpful and polite, rooms are clean and well equipped with gym and swimming pool available. The food at Andhra Ruchulu was also great.The only thing which was bad was the Wi-Fi which disconnected frequently and speed was very slow. I would avoid this hotel if you are on a business trip and need good Wi-Fi connection for office work, or else it is a really good hotel.

Not clean place.. everywhere dust was there - - on bed lamps, tv setup box, trays in bathroom etc. stained toilets. It looked like the room was dumped for months, and was given in hurry. Food is also not that great. Too much crowded restaurant. In this pandemic also they are not maintaining anything.

A great place to stay. Luckily we were given upgraded rooms for the stay. The rooms were quite big, clean and well decorated. The staff was quite helpful. The cave themed restaurant has nice food and a great experience. Overall a great stay and would stay here during my next visit as well

The hotel is situated close to two important tourist attractions, Mysore Zoo and Palace. Theyve ample car parking space. The interiors are very tastefully done. Despite being located in a busy surrounding, there was absolutely no noise inside! The room we stayed in, Luxury Room, was very spacious and comfortable. They offered a very good rate in spite of booking directly with them.As we were travelling with a baby, all our requests were met with immediately. A special thank you to the restaurants in charge and waiters. Weve two restaurants to choose from and the food there tastes yummy!

My stay at Pai Vista was very good, but not excellent. The plus points that i found with the hotel was its strategic location, nice breakfast, good north Indian food in their themed restaurant and 24-hour prompt service. My phone call to kitchen at 7.30 am went unanswered but reception guys were quick to transfer my call to a kitchen attendant. Every service i asked for was fulfilled in no time.Although the comfort double room i stayed in was a bit cramped one, the feel and beauty of the room never made me feel the pinch of it.The greatest drawback that i found with the hotel was that my room had no balcony, and the only window that was there opened to an awful cramped parking area. So there was no beautiful view from my room to enjoy even for a moment.The other peculiar thing that i noticed was that every snack in the room was priced up to 5 times higher than what they were in the market. So if u have kids u need to be careful to keep them away from the packaged eatables lying in your room.Though the rooms are bit pricier, i will recommend this hotel. Of course the deal breaker would be to get the rooms at a discount.

Dropped in to try their Andhra food at Andhra Ruchulu restaurant at Pai Vista. Pai Vista is somewhat opposite and close to the Mysuru, Karnataka state, India Suburban Bus Stand, from where all the long distance or interstate buses ply.Once you enter the magnificent lobby of the hotel, you are welcomed by a very distinct and spacious lobby with great decor, great furniture and comfortable sofas where you could just sit down, relax, take a break or could just make a call. You would also notice a very appealing reception desk, with all the clocks having different time zones behind on the wall. There is a small travel desk, I presume, next to the reception, besides I also noticed a Saree shop which also sells some handicrafts and artifacts. There is a sweets/deserts sales shop within the hotel. The mens restrooms on the lower level is pretty modern, clean and also has a sleek design.The hotel has a banquet room, roof top swimming pool, a gymnasium, a night club and an Ayurvedic spa, besides two themed restaurants, one called Gulfha in the model of a cave and the other one on the fourth floor called, The Jungle, which I visited for lunch.The Jungle offers both vegetarian and non- vegetarian cuisine which also includes chinese, Indian and Mughalai food options. Drinks are also served upon request. There are table captains who tend to the guests, besides waiters. It has an ambience resembling to a partial jungle, but not fully closed and there is enough light inside. A small door opens up as the entrance to the restaurant once you get off the elevator.The attentiveness among the hotel staff who cares for your tables is pretty noteworthy. There is a bit of a wait once you place the order. Everything is made fresh and hot. The food is delicious though and its a clean place. The restaurant is quite spacious and even able to accommodate some big groups of people with more seats available for one table.I ordered the lemon coriander soup as an appetizer, followed by the Andhra Thali vegetarian meals which was a bit spicy, natural being an Andhra restaurant. To tone it down, I ordered a fresh lime juice. The menu was very economical and affordable. They accept credit cards or cash.I plan to stay once, if I can at their property after already having a look at the wonderful rooms photographs with wooden floors, its impeccable style and design, besides the great location which is actually walking distance to the Mysore Suburban Bus Stand, K R Market and Gandhi Square or probably even to Devaraja Urs Road, if you give it a real try and want to do some real shopping. The other Bus Stand, if you want to catch a bus to Hinkal or Ilawala or get to Bogadi is also nearby. Catch an auto, if you want to visit the nearby Mysore Zoo or the Mysore Palace.

Luckily got upgraded rooms. The rooms were magnificent, beautiful and clean. One of the finest stays i have been to. Staff is friendly. There jungle theme and cave theme restaurants are quite good. Food served is good. Rooms equipped with all the amenities and facilities. Definitely a place to stay during my next visit to mysore.Mysore palace is at a walkable distance, thats an add on.

Unfriendly staff. Very rude

Pai Vista - Nice busy location, valet service for parking; we did zoom car so was very convenient; very detailed instructions for the guests, for hot/cold water diverter in the bathroom, a small bottle opener, exhaust switch is labelled and we kept it ON all the time when we were in the room; AC switch is also labelled to make it easy; hair dryer, AC, small sitting area/writing table; good enough space for bathing/sleeping as were on the road always during the entire stay. Breakfast was continental as well a south Indian and was good; ordered to cook omelettes as well as dosas, The pools were crowded; 2 operational lifts made it easy up/down travel. Room service was prompt/quick. The palace was very near, Sukhavana bird aviatory was suggested by the staff which my 2 children enjoyed a lot. Temples, bakeries were near as well as the Mysore Sandal Soap Factory was driveable too, maybe less than 10 Kms.Please do try the hotel, add pics/reviews to help others!

Excellent stay...

We visited the gufha restaurant. Very spooky and unique ambience. Its themed to look like a cave as it says in the name. Very good tasty food. Helpful staff and quick service. Very young children may freak out due to its low lighting and the atmosphere. One of the most unique restaurants i have ever seen. Food is a little pricey. Claustrophobic people, stay away from this place !!!

Lovely meal in an unusual setting. Great service with good advice when recommendations on menu were requested. Food was super tasty, freshly cooked and good value. We will be back!

Exceptional service, pristine rooms, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Even the breakfast, which is usually a drole affair in most places was really good.Some suggestions would be to keep the swimming pool in a more accessible place instead of having to pass through a restaurant to reach there.Gufha and Andhra ruchulu were horrible, their food and service would have to improve to provide guests the best experience.

A well maintained hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. It is located centrally and within walkable distance from the palace.The room is neat and clean with a nice view of some greenery .We had a glitch with the shower getting clogged but on informing housekeeping, the maintenance team arrived in a jiffy and sorted it out.The breakfast is adequate considering the reasonable room tariff. There are 2 themed restaurants that serve good food. We went for dinner and found the cave restaurant quite full to our surprise.On the whole it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would recommend the hotel and definitely revisit it.

Superb hotel and must stay because of following reasons:-1. Prime location. Very near to Mysore palace and Zoo.2. Excellent breakfast and food. Lot of varieties. Buffet system during breakfast which includes pastries, live dosa counter, juices, etc. Ambience of their restaurant is simply superb with forest theme.3. Swimming pool at roof if anyone wants to use it.4. Excellent rooms with great ambience.5. Huge lobby.6. WiFi accessCant ask better hotel than this!!

This is second visit to this hotel in approx 1 month of time. First time when I visited here, faced some minor issues as follows,1. Although the rooms are for two guests, they provided only one toothbrush.2. The washroom flush was not working, I am not sure whether the maintenance stuffs really check it in a regular basis or they expect when guests will come and asks for maintenance then only they will fix these.3. When we booked the room, it was written one double size bed. However, In actually scenario, it was two single size bed with two single size mattresses placed so nicely u will not be able to find it unless u actually go to bed.4. Most importantly, when we call maintenance for anything, we had to call for atleast 2-3 times to get them. We never got them before 30-40 mins from the first call we made for anything.Still we thought these are some basic problems and given them full rating with a hope, we will not face these issues next time.We visited next time just 2 days back and checked out today. This time it was terrible.The issues are listed below,1. Tv was not working. I mean they have TV in every room, but cable connection was not working. Effectively we got a black box as TV.2. Fan was not working. Now this was like comedy circus. Initially, regulator was broken, so we couldnt switch on the fan. After calling the maintenance for 4 times, they sent one electrician who switched on the fan, put some gum on the regulator and asks us to not touch it for some time, let it be dry, then use it. Ok, after some time, we tried to switch off the fan, then found he applied a lot of gum and now the regulator is fixed and we are not able to switch off the fan. Again called the maintenance, again sent one electrician, he came and disconnected the electric connection from the regulator. So now, the fan is switched off and we cannot switch it on. I havent seen such a rubbish maintenance team in any hotel before this one.3. Last and most importantly, you will not have any privacy here. We went for breakfast one day, when we came, we found our room is cleaned without even informing us. Ok, now we went to the manager and we were totally stunned after talking to him. It was long conversation, net net, if you dont want anybody to enter your room, you need to hang the Do not disturb board outside the room, whether you are inside or not. Else they can enter at any point of time in the name of cleaning.Theres a lot more to say, but finishing here as I think I have highlighted the important issues that I have faced.So, this is my request to all, please avoid this hotel if you want a hassle-free stay.

Best place to stay in Mysore for Families. Chose this hotel after much of research, and it didn’t disappoint me. First things first, they got ample car park amidst of the crowded, busy area. Staff are very welcoming and helping. Rooms were way good than imagination. They are priced right. The hotel situated at right place, most of the tourist attractions are at walkable distance. They got 2 fine restaurants as part of the hotel. Both are amazing. You got tens of other famous Mysore hotels around the place. Best part of the hotel we enjoyed is the swimming pool. It is well maintained with right temperature. After busy day running to places one after the other, evening swim was so relaxing. Their complementary breakfast menu is so huge, good. Cleanliness is awesome. You get every thing around the place. There is a ATM in the complex, best sweat stall, liquor shop, veg diner, central all are around.

In terms of experience is awesome and it was like the most enjoyable day with the hotel as it was themed like jungle and waiters are dressed in a kind like I got the feeling that I was really in jungle. Coming to food; its good and once in a while we have to afford that price for the theme itself. Choco fudge is awesome in that restaurant. Ambiance is good. Weather is colhilling outside and inside you are in a damn chilling zone. Coming to 4th floor its of jungle theme and is full of leaves and having tables in between them. Basement theme is of cave and is awesome to view

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the food in theme restaurants - Goofa (Cave) and Jungle (Forest). My family enjoyed the food and the ambience. The complimentary breakfast was good with lots of varieties. We were offered a free upgrade to the Club house room, which is suitable for a family of 3 adults + 1kid. The hotel staffs were polite and cordial. This was our 5th visit in Mysore and 1st time at Pai Vista. After having stayed in several hotels we decided to check in at Pai Vista the next time we visit.

Last week I stayed for 2 nights with my family in Pai Vista, and the services they have provided was amazing.It is situated nearby Bus Stand. Most of the site seeing locations like Zoo, Palace, Church etc are very close to this hotel. They have multiple restaurants having delicious food with great ambiance. The entire hotel is very neat and clean including the bathrooms. Overall it is worth for money. One of the biggest advantages is early check-in late check-out depends on the room availability.

We had been for lunch at Gufha restaurant of Pai Vista, Mysore.. It is in the city center and easily accessible.. It had a very different kind of ambience of cave and everything was neatly arranged.. We were 4 people and we got a table which was away from the usual crowd area. The food was great and we all loved it. The only complaint I can make is, the service and food delivery after the order, was very late.. However, since it was peak time, we can understand the situation.. Overall, the experience was great and all my guests loved the place..

Really good restaurant and im referring to the Hyderabadi restaurant and not the Gufa hotel. Gufa experience was very bad. We first went to Gufa. The ambience of the gufa hotel is very very good. Though the lights are very dim.very difficult to see sometimes.There was no captain or waiter to take our order for 10 mins. After i spoke to them sternly they said it will take another 5-10 mins more. We just left from there after waiting for 20 mins.We went to the Hyderabadi place a few floors above Gufa and the service, food and ambience was excellent. Tawa Mutton is a must try.

Located right in front of Bus stand. They have a big parking lot. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. Prices are affordable as well. Food is also good. All sight seeing places are close by.

One of the best hotels in Maisuru at low price..It is so close to maisuru palace that you can visit the monument within five minutes of walk. Thats a big plus for this hotel. There is also a big mall on the opposite side of road.Hotel staff is polite and well mannered.. Rooms are beautiful with adequate space and light. Bathroom is well equipped with sliding glass door, hair dryer, big mirror, bathing cosmetics, sophisticated sanitary fittings and of course Terry towels.Room service is very fast and food is very tasty. It takes only 10 mins to get your order served.The junglebook theme restaurant is bit messy and overdosed with artificial trees and animals. I think there should be little more light. The buffet breakfast offers variety of foods starting from continental to South Indian.

Superb hotel one of the best in Mysore their rooms are good very clean and spacious. They have complimentary break fast and they have tow swimming pool. One is roof top I think there is only one roof top swimming pool in Mysore. Their rates are moderate but they have some themes while eating it will be very good .they have a very good way of parking in very less place. This is very good and the food is also First Class. So no need to worry if your first time in Mysore they will also give ideas where to Rome in Mysore they can also hire a taxi for you.

Amazing stay at PAI Vista hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast is also good having various indian and continental option. I however did not like the in room dinner service, the food was not that great. The restaurant in the 4th floor is good, speciAlly i liked the andhra meal.

While this is not my first visit to Pai Vista I like pretty much everything about the property. Location is a big plus as it’s in the city centre with pretty much all important locations at a walkable distance.The staff were very courteous and professional. A special thanks to a Mr. Anand at the reception who know how to handle their customers.Rooms are clean and well maintained.Restaurant on the mezzanine floor is fantastic. But can get crowded and wait time increases during weekends though.Another restaurant at the top floor is very good too. And the swimming pool there.Ample place to park cars behind the property.I would definitely recommend this place for stay.

What a place..... Just loved it....... Good Food and Pub well maintained staf........ Good 🅿 parking lot...... Clean silent and romantic place...... We can go with our family for devious food and with friends for drink and food...... Just a awesome mini party pub...... But OK for 15 to 20 members.......... Good hotel Pai vista.....

Excellent hospitality, excellent food and stay was wonderful. Stayed for two nights. Hotel is near to main places. It has necessary amenities like pool, spa . Restaurant was also good. Overall very much recommended

One of the best hotels in Mysore very near to the Bus Station. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The Bathrooms and Hallways, were clean too. They have good parking space and the service is excellent, they have valet parking too. Hotel has two themed restaurants, spa and a rooftop pool. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best in this class of hotels. Everything is nearby and that is a great advantage

V went to gufha restaurant popular 4 its themed view where u get the feel of staying in caves dining with ur friends n fun part is staff is donning forest officers dress to hav complete feel. Services were little bit late , taste nothing much to appreciate

Spacious rooms, courteous staff.. good enough parking space . At first we had apprehensions about using swimming pool as we had to pass through the 4th floor hotel.. we went ahead to use the pool and it was very good.. neatly maintained . The breakfast buffet was very good with good spread and taste also was very good l

We stayed here for two nights. It was a good experience and I recommend this hotel to people looking for a star hotel at an affordable price.

A five star hotel situated near the Suburban Bus stand of Mysore. It contains two themed restaurants namely gufa - the cave and the forest. The latter has a swimming pool also in the terass. This is one of the busiest five stars in Mysuru. It offers Boufes too. Both the restaurants are situated in upper floors, so you have to use lift or stairs to get to there. There is enough parking facilities too..

Pai vista is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. They have two theme restaurant, I loved them both. Hotel is very near to Zoo and Mysore palace. waking distance from bus stand. Breakfast buffet is very nice.

The room was spacious and have a view of the hills. The bathroom was compact yet manageable. The best thing was the buffet breakfast at the hotel. Also the hotel is almost opposite to the bus stand which was wonderful for us.

Gufa is good. Food is also very tasty but service and hospitality is not up to the mark. price is on the higher side
