Customer service was good and rooms were ok. The thing is online they have mentioned 500 but if u go directly and price starts from 1000. Its better book online and call up for reservation.

Had a very bad experience at this place.... The cost online shows 499 but when u reach the place they charge u 1000.rooms r good but the staff is very rude.

Very good and budget friendly hotel. Very close to Mysore palace and many attractions of Mysore. The only cons is they they didnt not provide any toiletries.

Unprofessional behaviour.They told that they will provide dinner in 5 minutes but asked us to wait for more than 1 hour.They said Tea is complimentary but next day they are very rudely asking how much did you pay for room?. We payed even more than its listed in booking sites.New building but rooms are not clean.I wouldnt recommend this either for family or bachelors

It was just ok... But when it comes for clean and hygine its was not satisfied... Staff people and workers wont respond properly & hot water wont be available what they tell...not much clean.

The tv doesnt works, no telephones provided in the room to call room service although you may do the same by your phone. The price is decent and taking that into point the room condition is good. Hotel manager is nice and helping.

Best place to waste money!There are many hotels close by to palace and zoo instead relying on hotels like this. I was disappointed the moment I entered the room, the room looked very unpleasant than want was shown in the room images, they are fooling people by posting false images. Disgusting hotel bed sheets which are never washed, Deprived of all the basic amineties including drinking water I had no option to change the room and ruined my 2 days stay in this hotel. Finally, the great management, I would request them to get trained on “how to speak with customers”. Never ever get compromised that the hotel is close to popular sightseeing places and get fooled. Please look for better hotels, they provide best services for the amount paid here.

Very poor ambience. Only one person can walk in the corridor,such a narrow one. Though we have reserved the rooms earlier,the room was not cleaned properly. The water Jug/glass tumblers are very dirty. There is No table to keep our luggage. Initially water didnt come in the washroom, later after informing in the reception,a person came and opened the main lever for flow of water in pipes. The Dust bin is rather more dirty and uncleaned. Soap and towels were given on demand. Hot water is available from 7am to __am only. There is no service provider. Only one person is available along with the hotel owner. No restaurant attached. No intercom. The only available person said that he will buy food from outside if we order from the menu (?) list they have with them. When we ordered from the menu, he took nearly 1hr and finally brought a worst food, the container of the food,cover etc doesnt have any hotel name over it. No plastic spoons were found with the curry. When we asked for a spoon,the security(?)bought a stainless steel spoon (?). Overall we will not recommend your stay over there.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this hotel and its Owner/Manager Mr.Ganesh. These people speak to you so nicely while booking the room and once you are there at their property you get know their true color. They dont provide the basic things in the room like: towels, soaps, water bottles and hot water for bathing. Room is untidy and filled with bugs. And mr. Ganesh is one rude and rowdy who threatens his employees and guests openly. This is not the place to be if you are in Mysore.

Best part of this hotel is its location.Located so close to the zoo, palace and museum.Booked 3 rooms 8th June 2019.Stayed 1 day with family.The staffs were very cooperative. We got rooms in the 3rd floor.301,302 and 303. There was lift to reach the floors. Room cleanliness was not upto the standard. TV was not working.

It is OK place. For low budget rooms it is very good place. Actually place is very near to mysore palace, zoo park, Tallest Church , and ofcourse near to silk shopping bazar. Rooms are OK . there are AC Non AC rooms available at affordable rates. Dont go there with some ones suggestion like driver , local guide. You should go directly otherwise hotel people will collect commission to such persons . Drinking water not available. Hot water will be served if you ask only.

Its one of the expensive worst residency in Mysore. Please dont go with family. Full of alcohol smell and cigarette smell..no hot water and staff wont respond you. Worst customer service..

A bad hotel.. worst hospitality. Towels, water, soap was not provided even after asking for that. Blankets and bedsheets werent washed and were stinking. Please avoid this place...
