Services taken- facial( shahnaz Hussain natural)Price 2220, ( compared with around 1000 to 1500 in regular parlors)Around 350 bucks if you buy the kit and do it yourself...And this is the cheapest facial available there!This place has changed a lot.. I have visited a long time back for massage and it was quite pleasant. But now everything has changed and the overall experience was just average . I am giving 3 starts because the facial itself was done well.When you pay that much you look forward to an excellent pampering session but no i was highly disappointed..I had to wait around for a while after booking an appointment even though I was the only customer.The sheets which was there on the bed was damp and uncleanNoisy chatters by all the staff did not help create a good ambience.. and only the lady who did my facial wore mask. Thank God for that..No one in the reception is welcoming or helpful and I had to knock and break their chatting session to pay the bill as no on was there when I was leaving..Lesson to self- save yourself some money and do not go there again..

Massage was brilliant, was told 60 min but got 45 min , for paying rs 2000 the place is old school with only a bucket of hot water and some homemade body wash and for that one bucket of water they had to take 15 min to heat the water and I had to run to another room . The towels are not washed properly .

Visitied this SPA recently and my first impression was not upto my expection especially after visiting their website. The Massuer was quite interactive and some of her techniques was good but not extraordinary. She massaged back of my body quite well but when i was turned to other side she was very cautious and quickly finished the massage. The session was not balanced. I was not very thrilled but somehow i felt little relaxed. Therapist went out couple of times and came back after 5 mins which was not good at all. Later i was sent steam bath/shower which was rediculously outside the therapy room. I was really uncomfortable to walk all the way to different room for shower.. I strongly feel the girls need exposure to high end spa therapy centers and they should also learn to communicate effectively with smile on their face atleast. I felt they all are just working for salary but defnitely not with interest. I would not prefer to visit them though but thanks for your service.

Not impressed. Looked at reviews before visiting this place and it was highly rated, not sure for what though.... Massuese kept walking out of the room which took away about 15 mins from my 90 min massage and she felt really bored working there. She kept looking at the time and it was irritating .

Well trained and professional masseurs, ambience could’ve been better.

Pretty disappointing. Was really looking forward to treating myself. The first 10 minutes were excruciating and I thought I was gonna have to leave. No quality of listening with her hands. Tried to communicate what I wanted, but didn’t get much better. Poorly trained on techniques. Luckily I was able to relax, but really not a pleasant massage. I don’t recommend this place based on my experience. Sorry...

Service is excellentMassages are the best in city

I recently visited the spa with my wife. We opted for the couples massage. While the overall experience was nice and relaxing, certain things could be looked into:- we opted for a foot massage, as well as a head and neck massage. Once the massage was completed, i noticed only one towel being used for a wipe down. The towel was used for my feet first and then my head and face. This is not common practice in most spas. For hygiene reasons, please look into it as soon as possible.- my suggestion is to get clients to select which service they would like on queationaire so as to avoid any confusion. Unfortunately we had asked for a reflexology massage and was given a leg massage instead.- loved the ambience in the room. But the constant clamouring for the water Faucet made the experience a little noisy. My suggestion is to not open the faucet fully but to let the water trickle down onto the towels.-send your ladies to a high end spa and let them experience it once, if they have not done so.Overall found the spa to be quite a relaxing experience.

Not that much happy with the massage

I visited Kumudas spa for the first time 2 years ago. I visited them twice this year, one being in May and one in October. Its very sad the see the quality deteriorate to a very great extent over the years.Here are my observations:1. The quality of the massage :It seemed like the masseuse was not well trained and did not know how to target the right muscles inspite of showing where I wanted more pressure and focus. It seemed like a rub and not a massage after a point of time.2. Shower room: The shower was not functioning properly. The water was just trickling. The cleanliness of the shower rooms are definitely concern worthy.I really hope the management works on these issues and revives the spa to its previous quality. It would take me a lot of time and reassurance to step into this spa again.

Hidden gem in mysore! Nice spa with retro setting and the best part is the restoration of the old house where this spa functions out of ! Relaxing foot massage and facial were well appointed and the staff is very cordial and well mannered. Will be back for sure

The massage wasnt very good. The therapist didnt put any extra efforts and the pressure was also so light even after telling her thrice. Infact I felt few parts of the body dint even get massage. I felt price was too much as compare to the service.

I visited this spa today first time .I had gone for 60 mint massage then facial and waxing . Massage therapist was Very good facial was also g8t all was good but the room in which my massage was going on was bit under construction and der was mosquitoes also pls improve this the lady on billing was also needs some improvement she dont know how to deal with a client.Otherwise all therapy massage and facial was great.Thank you.
