Very irresponsible and ignorant staffs. I came here to complete my offline KYC but that woman ignored it so well that I went again and again for 4 times and still my KYC is pending. It’s happening since 5 months. I refer the reader to prefer some other branch than this stupid one so that you can save your time. It’s better if this branch is closed, very disappointing.

Worst experience. Employees are unfit for corporate level dealing. Behaving like we are beggers and begging for free services. They are making us as buffoons. Very worst branch i ever seen. Manager is totally helpless and not able to manage the branch staff. Should we roam more than 4 - 5 times for every single service ?? even in this competitive era. Banking sector is more improved over the globe and HDFC SARASWATHIPURAM BRANCH is still behaving like muncipal corporation office. Shame to continue as a customer here. Better to correct atleast now.

Should have good people who are trustworthy when you send them for collection. For me, A guy collected the amount and he used a half portion for his personal use, and its almost 2years he didnt return it to me. My Cebil score is dropped I reached out to many executives from the collection department but no positive help was found... If this is the service you guys provide then I personally recommend its not secured to have HDFC credit cards/loans... I want to settle it down first.. I appreciate if someone from HDFC collection department can reach out to me ASAP.email sent.

Am a HDFC card and credit card holder.... Am not at all happy with this bank but after getting credit card its worst.... Because nobody has responding properly no information from the particular staff i have taken 20000 credit card but still after paying amount total due 28000 am surprisingly no information no mail.nothing... Can somebody help me out for this any concern person after seing this message... Am fedup with this... With This msg am telling all people dont go for HDFC fake people, fraudness.... Make us fool all the time...shame on u and ur service.

1 star because there is no option for zero. Rude staff, rude manager named Roopa. This the bank who can spare 2 hours for nothing. After all the wait they deny you with basic operation suggesting its month end. Manager and staff are not accommodating at all, they do/suggest whats best for them not for the customer. Worst experience not just once but THREE times. If they treat this way for an existing customer with a salary account for 4 years, i wonder what would be plight of others. Dont go to this bank.

I am an employee in Bangalore working for highly reputed conglomerate and earn more than 50k per month. I went there with a salary letter requesting for an employee account. I was directed to counter number 8 and the response was so Pathetic. She made me to stand for 10 mins and gave information stating that account cant be created by giving some random reasons. These people doesnt even have the common sense on how to treat a customer. Will never step my foot into this branch. Hopefully some one looks into this issue. If this is the case with an employee like me, I dont know how other normal people get treated here. Learn from other private banks on how to treat customer.

When customer calls to landline no one will take call and if they take also no proper response for the call. Rude response to the customer concern EX: Shivakumar . I asked some details regarding loan but response is too bad from his side. It leads to bad opinion about the HDFC bank of saraswathipuram branch.

Worst staffs,if u ask some thing in bank they respond rudely,if u call for the bank number,phone will be always engage,if they receive means,they act by saying hello hello,and react like they cant listen....Really idiots..I cant give even one star also,I dont have option to give ZERO
