I wanted to apply for passport to my parents and I had really short time to do it as I was visiting my parents on 2 weeks vacation.I searched for agencies in Mysuru who could help and called up Sonia after reading the good reviews.As evident by other reviews here, Sonia was of immense help to us.Despite her busy schedule Sonia made time to accept my request, she patiently explained the process in detail over phone.She provided correct and precise instructions on the documents to use based on my parents education, employment and senior citizen status.She also advised that we apply in Chamarajanagar Passport Seva Kendra as that would help us getting the appointment in a shorter duration.On the same day she started the application for the passport on behalf of us and got the appointment for very next day.The process went smoothly in Passport Seva Kendra and police verification finished in 2 days after applying.All in all the process took just 3 days from contacting Sonia until Police verification.Given all these points about fast and smooth process, I highly recommend Sonia to every one who wants to save time, effort and money.

This review is with regards to the below review which I had posted. I am happy to tell that my passport is processed and I am waiting for my passport. Digital India was available throughout the process and helped me in getting my passport renewed.Thanks Digital India..Please dont go to this office.. I had been to renew, address change & DOB change in my passport. They charged me huge amount and didnt update me properly which all documents to be taken while going to office. For DOB change we need to produce birth certificate and the executive in Digital India didnt tell me to take it. I had to come back home & than take it again. Digital India has less knowledge about the process.They charged Rs.3250 from me whereas the Government fixed fee is Rs.1500. They didnt even call and asked me whether your passport procedure is done or not.Please dont go to this office. You better take appointment online and save your money.
