Pathetic Service. Staff is very unprofessional and are unable to provide appropriate information. They make false promises and never provide you with a resolution.

Never experienced such a unproffesional behaviour. Employees lie to your face that they are working on your requests but factually not. I literally have waited for three long months and have been waiting to get my amount of 5k back under wrong fund transfer inspite of submitting a indemnity bond.Going to DBM still didnt help, yet. Such an awful experience.What is bank without taking their customers into confidence. .

This is an access controlled branch meant for Infosys employees only. It is not available for general public. After shifting from Bangalore to Mysore, my credit card was delivered to this branch. The security man did not allow me to enter the campus despite showing SMS

I am actually surprised by the attitude of the staff. Despite giving them original and Xerox copies of PAN, Adhaar, Passport and other bank active bank account details, they keep finding fault. Latest one - the adhaar snap does not match. I wonder if anybody has an adhaar snap that matches!! and this despite adhaar being provided as address proof
