Locality- Located in heart of city.Cleanliness- Not the worst. But Below average.Safety - Feels safe.

There are many rooms in this hotel and it is exactly opposite to jagmohan palace. Situated at exactly heart of the city near the main palace too. Mysore palace just 5 min walking distance from this hotel. Rooms are ok but service is nice. Staff is very polite and friendly.

Rooms are not clean . Rooms smells badly ..even they didnt washed bedsheets & blankets ..bad service

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Main reason being its in center of city. Walkable distance for mayur palace and just opposite to jaganmohan palace (art gallery). Hot water available. Quite decent if you want to stay in budget hotel and to cover nearby places. They have restaurant too, also you will get stuff while you take a walk towards palace. Only problem is they dont have separate parking, you have to park on road. But parking is not an issue.

Decent hotel. Very near to City. Next to parakala mutt. Mysore dynasty are main patrons of this 1000 years old mutt.

Very small room .Basically waste of money. Smelly and unhygene. Curtains never washed. Walls are damaged. Linen and bed are very old. Think twice before you prefer this place.

Worst Experience in life. Dont Stay in this hotel even for free. Better stay in economy Lodge as this hotel is even worst then economy Lodge. I booked 2 room during Christmas Holiday on 23 December, almost paid around 7700 for these 2 room and worst experience. The room are very small, approx 10X10 in size. They have a Queen size bed and post which there is no space to even add a bedding. I asked for extra bedding and the hotel provide around 2X6 size of bedding which was stinking like any thing. The room are not at all maintained, wall have patches and Moisture seeping in. No Hot water in Toilet, Also the toilet and Cistern has leakage. Rude management and lazy staff as they wont come up in the room to provide any assistance. No Toiletries in rooms, even if you call the Housekeeping they wont respond or wont turn up even with Soap. No drinking water and after asking the housekeeping or manager- they will provide you 1 - 500ml water bottle for each room as if they are doing some favor. Restaurant serve cold and stale food. The food is taste less.

Average only. But high cost. For the same cost I got a 3 star hotel room in Coorg.

Room cleanliness is not good room is full of bed bugs...Need to carry a hardcopy of online booking or else front office wont let u check out...Poor booking service...Personally I dont recommend to any one who visit Mysore...

Very poorly maintained hotel. There were bed bugs on the beds, hygiene is average, the walls have water seepages and the rooms are poorly maintained. Not recommended for families. This place is also very over priced.
