The Mechanics are Good. But not the management.1. They say the vehicle is doing good even if u complain about a problem.2. When u force them to diagonize they d it and then say that this is the problem. But they dont have a solution and ask to come later. For this they charge Rs.3003. They are into branding the poor Goodyear Engine oilThe manager says that 20w50 is good for the car.. My God. The OEM recommendation for any car is 0w30, 0w20,0w40 , 5w30, 5w40 only. 20w50 is for Bikes... If this happens they ruin the engine for sure4. They wont put any spare part or oil if u bring it from outside even though it is company recommended.Earlier it was not like this.Now the management has changed. This is the problem..

They service the XUV500 and the Scorpio here. I gave my XUV500 here for regular service and they did a good job.

Manger and employee is very uneducated and unprofessional , Mahindra as to address this issue in this location , billing extra amount for new vechile just 2 years vechile telling so many issue just for 15000km run

Had been for second service of my brothers Bolero pickup. Hardly any help from service advisor or the billing team. Later when asked they told they did not have a part - right back door hinges. Difficulty in providing the address too
