The stay was good and well satisfied. All the tourist spots are located close to the hotel. So that was also a plus

Named as 3 star, but don’t expect for half star.... its not at all worth for what we are paying. Washrooms are not well cleaned, AC were not working properly. There is nearby several rooms are available without mentioning star, that is far better than this.Through my this journey stayed 5 hotels and this is the worst one.The only good thing i found here is reception guys attitude was good (Mr.shahid)

The place is nicely built and maintained, the food is also tasty but the quantity of chicken was less. The prices they ask for the quantity they serve I found it expensive. The service also is very slow. I asked for water four times then the guy served it on the table.

Reception : Helped me to get check-in at 12:00 as I reached hotel by 11:45.Location : Nearby bus station and almost 3 km from railway station on harsha road and opposite to garden. 200 mtr away from Palace.Amenities : 24 hour Hot water, TV were available. and were found satisfactory.Housekeeping and cleanliness : its upto mark if you see superficially. Room corners are not attended properly for cleaning. Wash room are in good condition.Service quality : Taking time to serve.Food and drinks : Good in taste and not too expensive. i recommend to add few north indian item for breakfast as there were number of people from north and western part of India used this hotel.Overall : I recommend this hotel for family.

Best place to stay in Mysore city .lodge location like heart of Mysore means incity rooms and rooms are very clean and staffs are behaviour with customer like god i really happy with service and i refer my all friend once again visit here.and staffs are supporting you in sight seeing And traveling related.you are stay in nearest of markets or like supermarkets. Located in nearest to Mysore palace. Hotel food is not good.. And nearby street foods are available. Its really awesome. Its cost above an average cost.. If u came with family is an good place to stay. Bar facilities are available in hotel.

Completely waste of money and time... Better you can have at some road side small restaurants.Service was also poor...Those girls they have kept for handling guests are useless... They were busy in gossiping.When we asked for serving... She started pouring half on plate and half on table.... Not sure whether they have been trained or not.Would never go there again... Decent hotel to stay. On the main road so you can easily spot it and located on the opposite of mysore palace which is just 1 min walk, and market is surrounded by the hotel so location wise good to go ahead.They do have parking for cars, around 4-5 cars max can be parked in hotel parking, rest can take their wheels on the road side which is also safe.Rooms are clean and have enough space for you, washrooms are big.

They will give you the Gyan of wait for 3 mins to get the flush tank. No clue.At last you will realize.. you got a previlage of staying in a very old vintage hotel for the 3 digit price you paid in makemytrip.

When ever I go to Mysore this is only place where I have taken to eat. All 3 times. So this place is very average. Do not expect fancy style sitting or great ambiance. But it will do the job. Food is good. But they have work on hygiene. If crowded service become poor. But food delivery post order is fast. So over a decent place for a family life lunch.

Even though the interior looks slightly fancy, dont expect anything of that sort here. The staff service is horrible, and washrooms cannot be spoken of. There is water leaking through the roof in some places, and some of the seats are broken down and sagging. There was a broken window pane on top of our seat, and it fell when we entered the restaurant. We could still see glass pieces. Their seating arrangement is terrible, and they way they seat people is atrocious. Even though we paid for AC, the power was off, and we were sweating. The restaurant may look good from outside, but a bad experience inside.

So I went to the Dynasty Restaurant in this hotel and it was good. It was one of the rare places with okay north indian food. I would totally recommend their paneer dishes and what stood out for me was the veg kolapuri, they cooked it very well.

The place is very close to Mysore palace. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are reasonable for the price. We faced lot of water problems in the hotel. As the hotel is pretty old, there are plumbing problems in the Hotel. We had booked rooms for 6 people. There was no cold water and hot water running in the pipes. Thus we were not able to brush, go to the loo or take bath. We lost our schedule by 2 hours in the morning bugging this problem. I would suggest everyone to go to better/new hotel.

One of the budget hotels near Mysuru busstand and Place.., but expensive restaurant..

It was a happy stay! This hotel is very close to Mysore palace. As it is centrally located, one can have easy access to shops, hotels, cabs etc. Staff is good mannered. Room service is good.Lift facility available. Hotel can arrange rented cars. Hotel has its own restaurant. You can think of outside restaurants also. The only thing which may dissuade - the hotel is pretty old.

Merits:Hotel/Lodge is at good location.De-merits:It is not Hotel. It is Lodge with restaurant. No room service. The staff is not bothered about customer care/satisfaction. Restaurant menu is too costly.Money minded people. Advise: If you have good choice other than this Hotel/Lodge then go for it.If you dont have choice then keep in mind above demerits and it is advised to take food at The Vinayak Tiffin, distance is less than 50 meters, local traditional small restaurant type, good and testy dishes with reasonable cost.

The hotel is located at a good location with markets nearby.The rooms are comfortable and reasonable.The restaurant is multi-cuisine and also serves hard drinks.The lobby has smoking smell all over it and people drink in corridors. Well that is the biggest issue here so I wouldnt prefer staying here in my future visits.

We booked AC & non - AC room for a group of our friends. The stay was pleasant. The room was clean, though the non AC room was quite small but AC room was nice & spacious.

I stayed here during July-Aug 2013 along with my family. Got a good discount. Rooms are awesome, staffs behaviour are also good. Only thing I did not like was the food at the restaurant. The palak paneer had smoky smell. Otherwise nice hotel, superb location, and good discount given. Much recommend 👍

I have stayed over here for two days i.e. 26 & 27 March 2016. Got front facing room on first floor. Room were clean but small, but i feel its ok if you are staying only for night purpose rest whole day you will be doing sightseeing. Room service is slow hence hotel need to take care of it. Location is near to market area & Palace. Complimentary breakfast provided was buffet & tasty. I was having my personal WIFI dongle hence I have not used Hotels WIFI connection so cant review for it. Hotel manager & staff were very helpful. I booked through Goibibo hence got good discount would recommend to book through this website.. Im rating 3 out of 5. Note: Market get close very early on Sundays hence try to avoid it if you want to go for shopping.

Palace Plaza is the best budget hotel in mysuru(mysore)...i have been staying in this hotel since i got married and its almost 7 years now and i visit mysuru once in a year and i dont think twice to decide to stay in PP...its location is SUPERB...dot neat palace....harsha road.....u just need to walk to visit the palace....and even the URS road is walk able....the best road for shopping.....so palace plaza is the best in its class....rooms are cosy...room service is good....the DYNASTY restaurant is awesome...and your mood becomes good once u get inside for dinner...the restaurant lighting is also good...service is awesome..and the price for food is also reasonable...the taste is also very very good....the same restaurant is awesome for breakfast and lunch as well....so my rating is 5/5 for PP in the budget hotel category...the AC rooms are very cosy and last saturday i took the non AC and it was also very very good and cosy with good curtains and restrooms are clean.Will always recommend this hotel for all who want to stay in mysore

I have stayed two days with my whole family in Diwali holidays. Very reasonable rent and great customer service although the hotel is bit older. Just walkable distance from Mysore palace and situated in good on place.

Pathetic experience. Rude hotel staff. Declined the request of hot water for bath.Also, after making the booking, the hotel will call you to offer travel/car services. Do not take those services. The quality of car, the service quality of driver and manager are very bad. They will commit to show you a list of places for sight seeing. But then they will be too insistent on taking the money in advance. After you make the payment, the only thing you will get is time waste, rude attitude, and a very bad experience. Overall a complete waste of time and money. The hotel manager has no managerial expertise to resolve issues and improve the experience.

We booked 2 rooms, in one of the rooms hot water was not working.. we informed the reception they could not fix it..The restaurant dyansty is a no veg restaurant. We found a cockroach roaming around. Veg food was not at all good, but was priced high..There are only 3 spots for parking in front of the hotel, during lunch time its often full and you have to hunt for a spot in that road.The only good thing here was the location, it is right in front of the palace, but given a second chance, wont stay here as there are other good options.

Very dangerous and unethical/untrained hotel staff, very pathetic amenities & services, very bad experience in last 38 years of tourism. No hot water on time, Staff is so much rude during room service, dirty bathroom, very dusty mattress and big big thing was happened when we reached 2-3 hours early before check-in time and they clearly denied to allot a room temporary even thats empty what just needed for 30 minutes to get refresh where we noticed on reception multiple guest checked out front of me but staff rudely responded that will not give any room before check-in time even thats empty. Very bad experience i had in my life. Please avoid this hotel....RAJ

This hotel has all the basic facilities required for a pleasent stay at a very reasonable cost . Tha main advantage is that the taste of the food they serve is great and you would not like to search for food outside elsewhere. for me the food is the reason to stay there. it is addictive.

The service at this place needs reformation. Food quality was average. Toilet (common) was average. We had to ask for cutlery again and again. The last row for sitting didnt have even AC working. Location is good. If the service is improved it may serve the purpose.

Its pathetic hotel.. I stayed from 15 April to 16 April 2017.. Had lunch which was horrible, no taste no quality.. very bad experience.. Checked in and went for outing. Came back at 09PM and found AC of room not working, room was replaced but AC of another room also found nonworking. Hotel staff showed helplessness and I spent full night without sleeping.. A very horrible and pathetic stay..not suitable at all for stay..

Window behind curtain are full of dust and glasses are broken. Booking through the ibibo means you are last choice guest. Rooms are given on the top floor i.e. 3rd floor which are scarcely used. Carpets and curtains are stinking. Room service is ok. If we want another room then they wanted more charges. NO wifi in the room on 3rd floor though it was promised. Location is very good. There are so many hotels nearby for having better alterntives. Breakfast is satisfactory. We requested for another room on 2nd floor but not given evnthough it was vacant. AC was not working in the room -after long pursuation we were given another room.

Worst hotel. The staff is not cooperative, only one person was there to service all rooms. The atmosphere in lobby and rooms was like a KHANDAR. The amenities are very old especially lift is dangerous. The staff acts like they are doing us favour by providing room service. I suggest never ever book this hotel as it is a worst hotel from my experience of stay here. It is a waste of money.

Poorly Maintained.. Since, Right opposite the Palace, it has good crowd.. We had to literally cover our noses with kerchiefs to pass through Corridors, Halls Everytime we passed by.. Rooms are good though but an unpleasant stay, I wouldnt visit again..

It was very good experience with them. the hotel seems an old one, but they deal very good, rooms are worth of money, morover its located in a beautiful place where you can walk to mysore palace and the city. the reason I give 5 🌟 is totally because of their behave.😘

We actually visited their restobar called Dynasty, the food was good. But interior looks pretty old fashioned. Not that great to visit with kids and ladies since they serve alcohol there.

We stayed in Hotel Palace Plaza, Mysore in 2012. It was a pleasant experience. The room was very well maintained and the staff was very helpful. What we liked the most there is the restaurant. We are foodies and really enjoyed the food there.

The hotel is situated in a central place easily accessible to the government bus stand, Mysore palace and also the city bus stand. The food was good and the staff were very comfortable. The only problem was I had booked under early check in category and was eligible to stay from 6am to 12 noon of next day. But the management did not agree for this and we were forced to check out at 6.20am next day thats is 24 hours check out policy. Also we were told we will be charged extra had we to stay till 12 . The toilet seat was broken. The window panes were broken and covered with carton boxes and the entire window was closed with a thick curtain ( we had opted for AC room). The lift needs to be refurbished as its works on the old types and there will be a step created when it stops. These small things need to be taken care of. Else its a good place to stay.

Omg.. i didnt expect such an untidy room after paying ₹3000 per day. Real nightmare. Ac was leaking inside d room. Room was not clean and tidy. Tv is useless. They offered a free buffet breakfast & they told only idly and dosa available. All the table cloth in restaurant was not clean with stains of food spilled, i think they have never washed it. Only good thing is hotel staffs are friendly.
