Excellent stay .... would like to appreciate Mr Syed, the receptionist, for his excellent customer service and guidance.

The room and bathroom were in clean condition! The only problem I experienced was with the charging point as only 1 was in proper working condition and the lighting couldve been a little brighter. Overall I had a pleasant stay!

One of the best hotels i recently stayed at Mysore. The hospitality, the cleanliness and amenities are excellent. The food quality, high class vegetarian recepies were made with good care and taste. The care taken by waitress Sonika in restaurant, made you feel like a sister supporting you in dining.

Rooms are decent but the mattress was horrible to sleep in. Also, constantly disturbed by noise of doors being shut loudly. No room service but they do have a restaurant on the 5th floor named Havana which serves hookah.

Casa Clarks inn is clean and tidy. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Indoor parking and free WiFi available. Pricing is reasonable. Food is very expensive in the hotels restaurant. All in all, likely to visit again.

This hotel is in a very good location & its a kind of peaceful too...Since it has been taken over by Oyo...Do not expect much...But really very peaceful...Good for Couples....And also prices of room are reasonable...

The breakfast should be better. Overall service provided could have been better.

Its a really good place to be at. I stayed here for two days and did not have any hiccups to write about. The staff is warm, welcoming and friendly. The place is very close by to all main Mysore attractions like Mysore palace and many more. If you have work depending on WiFi then they have a little complicated process of logging in and some nightly password change process.

A decent place to stay in Mysore. Though it is on main road, you dont hear traffic noise once you are inside the room.Complimentary breakfast comes with the stay. If you are heading toward Coorg a and want to stay for a night in Mysore, this is the right place since the famous Pelican Pub (Grub House) is diagnolly opposite to this hotel.

Good place to stay

I had stayed here almost a year back when this hotel was called Casa Clarks Inn. Back then it was a really nice place to stay and everything was clean and in top shape. The restaurant was one of the main attractions and the food was really great. To my dismay I found out a month back this has become Casa Meridien now and is under OYO. I thought to give the restaurant a try and was taken aback at the way things are. The tables were not well kept and the food was, umm just alright. Nothing that stood up to my expectations.

I want to give it a -ve rating . First of all there are no basic amenities in the room like a glass or a small kettle. NO ROOM SERVICE. We were informed that the restaurant in the hotel would be open till 9:30., But it was closed by 8!!!!! On enquiry they said the staff ran away. Quiet a innovative lie. I have always had good experience with Oyo but this one was the worst and we paid 1400 per night for this!!!!

Worst service! Stinky washrooms! Everytime you ask anything the answer will always be no! They dont even provide basic amenity like drinking water! You have to make 100 calls to get a single thing done

Washrooms are very sticky and not maintained properly. Complimenrary Breakfast options were very very less and most of the time we need to wait for the items, finally we were informed that few dishes got over.

Room was leaking with water from I dont know what. Stay here only if its absolutely necessary. There are much better places to stay.

Good place but costly services. Bad part is whatever you order theyll come with bill bill immediately. That is not good for me. It should be paid at the check out.

Very Poor service. Taking 1 to 2 hours for serving food after order. Hot water and lift service frequently getting tripped. Room services like soap, shampoo, drinking water etc was irregularly supplied.

It was in vinayakanagara,rooms were good ac delux and spacious and service was pretty ok . Restaurant was too costly and service charge is too much
