Let me start with pros.* Good location and view from valley rooms are awesome*premium suite rooms are spacious* if you are on a budget premium rooms are good choice.*Right along the highwayNow comes the Cons.* The view from the premium suite rooms are very bad.would be disappointed. The view from valley view rooms are only good.*The hotel is very poorly maintained with paint flakes falling and bathroom fittings not fully functional.* There is no TV connection for the full hotel.*The breakfast was a huge letdown with only one option and guests with kids would be disappointed.* The parking is very limited and the steepness of the entrance combined would mandate you to be a decent driver for staying here.Overall, a renovation is required immediately and please avoid premium rooms as its going to be a bad experience.On the contrary valley view rooms are OK in terms of view .

Never been more disappointed with my stay in any hotel as this one.The property is badly maintained.Very few staff available.Food is pricy.Buffet is very poor.They have just gave idly and sambar.No other options.I should have gone by the reviews about the hotel.Pls read review of other visitors as well.It will give a full picture of what bad experiences you will get.

Parking is there but no shed available.Steep entrance bikers be cautious during monsoon but slippery, mostly when we get out from the resort.Activities like campfire are there but check and confirm with authority before checking in. Food is bit costly but I should say tasty food.Few things for the resort authority.⏬*Make sure room is cleaned before accepting new guests*Provide sufficient bathroom essentials like towel, dental kit, Shower items etc.*TV was available and not working because they have not recharged their subscription (Covid-19 huge downline for tourism so understandable)*Power frequently went down, please make sure you have enough backup.*Missed a kettle with essentials powders its hard each time to order tea/hot water.*Food serviced in old stained platesIf you make sure your guests are getting all these essential guests be happy to stay and come back.I love to visit this resort again.

I stayed here last week and a friendly atmosphere..good food and the highlight is their view...

This place is full of life. The employees were very happy themselves and it enhanced the liveliness of the place. The house keeping and restaurant staff were prompt and kind. They treated everyone with respect and checked upon every table with due diligence . The meal package was good the items and quality were worth the price. Good place for a happy and cozy weekend.
