Worst experience at kurla phoenix ....shopping since 2 yrs almost,have visited to every branch for shopping,but today was the experience worst,as staff checked each bag personally giving reason of sensor not working and the staff was every single minute while shopping ,they was checking that way like anything can be stolen by customer ,if you not trusting on your customer then keep security person on door,start to keep bags and all outside before entering.Do not behave suspesious with customer.

I think that Miniso is the best thing that ever came to India. It has such cute range of stuff and at such reasonable prices. It has things from clothes to footwear to skincare to massagers to kitchenware to homeware and what not. It forces you to empty your bank accounts whenever you are inside. The things are of such good quality and worth every penny.

An expensive store for silly stuffs

Nice Shop, decent staff. One problem, once you enter a product for billing, and then change your mind about in while billing the other products, they CANNOT REMOVE THE UNWANTED PRODUCT FROM THE BILL. You’ll have to pay for it even if you’ve changed your mind about buying it. They say “System does not allow cancelling of products once they’ve scanned it for billing”.

Never was a fan of Miniso but after visit I love this place youll get the best decorative things. A little bit expensive but product are worth.
