Working with MIDC is horrible. They will be very cooperative when you invest. After investment is done, they will find all sorts of ways to extract extra money. Stay away!

For building plan sanctioning Kudale MIDC sub division clerk took bribe of Rs.60000/- and for Plinth Level inspection work Deputy Engineer charges Rs.2500/- per visit. If this continues then how a common man will setup industry. Are we going on right track. This has happened with my friend who has plot in Kudal MIDC Area, Dist: Sindhudurg.
