I have traveled with them to Dubai with my family and we all really enjoyed the group tour organized by Trinity World Holidays. From start to end all services very excellent and smooth. Especially the visa procedures, insurance, forex and handling of all the travel documents. On tour the hotel was also very nice with neat and clean rooms with delicious meals provided throughout the tour at various Indian & local restaurants. Itinerary was designed very well and we almost covered all the attractions & experiences with our friendly tour manager and local guide. Now Trinity is like our family and soon we will travel again with them on out next tour.

Even Though Car Rental Service Provider Is Shown On The Companys Website They Simply Refuse To Do The Booking Saying Only Vehicle Service Can Not Be Provided But If You Opt Out For Entire Package Then It Is Available. I Think Reason For Reusing Vehicle Services As Per My Knowledge Might Be Earning Negligible Amount In The Transaction.It Has Been Written That Organisation Is Running Since 1982 & Excutives Are Replying That They Do Not Have Any Local Contacts To Provide Vehicle Services.Very Very Strange Answer. Isnt It?

Read this befor booking. Pls prefer travel traingle as they have local office in andaman. Worst of the worst experience ever with trinity and thanks for ruining the andaman trip totally at a huge cost.The trip plan designed and delivered is totally different and exhausting. Promised so many things and delivered zero with no assistance and support.There is no network to get connected to the world this basic thing has been missed out by trinity.Thanks for the local guys who were supportive than trinity.The delux hotel and rooms booked don’t have electricity and whn tried reaching out through reception while being there, thr trip organiser said pls try to adjust.The trip plan suggested while booking and the plan I received at andaman was totally different and was helplesss as i cannot Contact trinity office.I from my own pocket had to book another hotel as these guys are so unsupportive that they were not even tried booking another hotel even on paying extra the reason being they have to pay cancellation to the earlier booked hotel. So you are on your own.The beaches mentioned in the plan were not covered due to their negligence and still trinity is ohk with it.I had been a traveler for so many years but worst experience.Pls prefer travel triangle to make booking as they have local offices in adaman and can get instant help.HoweverAndaman is really a very good and beautiful place to visit and surely visit. I will definitely go once again but not through trinity.

I have been associated with Trinity travels since the past 15years. All the business travels of my Organisation are handled by Trinity travels. Thats why, on good faith, when they contacted me telling that they are arranging international trips as well, I decided to go ahead with them for a Singapore trip that I was planning for my wife birthday. They gave me a quote which was suitable for me and have also given me the details of the hotel they are putting me up in. As my parents had just returned from a Singapore trip 6 months earlier, I was aware of the hotel. I immediately asked them to confirm it and made the full payment right away, as I trusted them to arrange everything properly.Since that day onwards, I didnt get any kind of cooperation or service from Trinity world holidays. I had to follow up with them for getting my Visa processed. Even 3 days prior to my travel, I didnt have the tickets copy and hotel confirmation. After calling them up thrice... I got the details. Due to this, my foreign currency purchase also got delayed and I had to purchase currency on higher exchange rate!! That is when I realized that they booked me in some other hotel and not the hotel I had selected. As it was last minute, I couldnt change it and I trusted Trinity that they would put me up in a good property. Upon reaching the hotel in Singapore, I was shocked as we had asked for a 4* property and the hotel that we were put up was just a budget hotel. Moreover, the room given to me was so tiny that I could get stuck in the bathroom!! There wasnt place for one person to move!! The room hardly had any lighting. Thats when I lost my head and I complained to Trinity world holidays regarding the goof up. When I asked the girl, Pallavi, who had done the booking, as to why my hotel was changed without informing me, she just said that she thought this was a better hotel. Finally, after fighting with the hotel staff, we got our room changed to a managable room. Mr. Murad, who was supposed to be the manager I need to contact in case of any issue, informed me that once Im back in Mumbai he will get in touch with me and sort out this matter. Its more than 15 days Im back to Mumbai and Im still waiting to hear back from him.Trinity world holidays was supposed to arrange a local tour guide to handle our tour, but in all the places it was the pickup cab driver who was guiding us!! No tour guide or tour manager was available.What I get to sum up from the entire experience is that Trinity world is not well experienced with foreign tours and have a tie up with even lesser experienced local tour agents. The sad part is that they charged me for a 4* hotel but put me up in a local budget hotel. If this is the treatment I get after being associated with the company for 15 years, I wonder what will be the experience from everyone else.One thing for sure, I am never ever going to Trinity world holidays to arrange any other foreign trip ever. They are good as a local travel agency in Mumbai who can be used for ticket booking only.Very sad, unfortunate and the most horrible experience I have ever had!!
