This surprise was been planned by my bhabhi Sonal Vardhan and my family to pamper me before my wedding. She has always been pampering me with all different surprises. The place is clean and the masseuse did a phenomenal job. I would recommend a 60 minute oil massage because it’s really therapeutic and you’ll leave the place very relaxed. Relaxing massage with an Indian ethnic touch. The ambience of the place resembled of an Ayurvedic spa with fragrance of Indian herbal scent. The massage started with a body stretch followed by a very thorough oil massage. The masseuse was very skilled, well trained with strong hand. She did an amazing job of opening up my muscle knots and was receptive to my specific requests. I felt very relaxed in the end after a hot shower in the massage room. I never felt rushed, the massage end up going 10 mins over to make sure it was complete to my satisfaction. Great way to wind down after a busy day touring the city. Open 24 hrs and very flexible and responsive with appointments. I am going to get another massage before I end my India trip.

My husband and I had an amazing massage here yesterday after a long day of travel. Probably one of the best massages we have ever had! We contacted the spa via messaging on google maps. They were quick to respond and it was easy to schedule an appointment. It’s a little hard to find off the street you need to go to the first floor of the building , it is very clean and the service is very professional. It’s not the cheapest, more priced as a massage would be in the UK or USA but it was totally worth it. Thank you so much! If we come back to Mumbai we will be back.

Had been there along with my husband to this place. I got to know about this place while I was passing by Colaba street. The place is in a lane which is slightly inside but the apprehension ends once u enter. The staff is very sweet, helpful and friendly. We thought to do a foot spa but ended up during a full body massage. The massage was very good at the end both of us were relaxed and enjoyed it. The therapist were very professional and did the therapy as per the need of the person.

I was so pleased that the first thing to happen was swapping our shoes for sandals and the first stop was a foot washing station. each massage room has its own sink and private shower that towards the end of the massage I learned was also a steam room when I was asked if I wanted to steam following massage. yes please!I opted for the Swedish massage which also included some gentle stretching and acupressure that really set the tone for a relaxing massage and was finished with a delicious cup of tea.They are open 24hours and located directly behind the Taj Hotel.Super reasonably priced, be sure to tip your therapist!The service was excellent! The lady at the front is very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. I had a Thai massage from their lower cost menu. The massage had Thai techniques but I wouldn’t say it was overall a traditional Thai massage. Also the massage was interrupted to switch on the fan, and I didn’t like the pinching movements that the Massuese did. It’s still a nice place and I’m sure their packages they offer are nice.

I visited Sukhdaa Spa two times during my stay in Mumbai (Colaba). As a guest in nearby Hotel Suba Palace, I got a discount voucher of 20% at the Hotel reception. I had the Aroma therapy massage. Deep relaxing and anti stressing. The rooms are clean and pleasent, each room has its own bathroom. The therapist gave me a wonderful professional massage.I highly recommend this spa.

Great place to relax after taking in all the hubbub of Mumbai (or in my case, arriving in Mumbai after a day of travel with lots of tense muscles!) I showed up on a wednesday shortly after they opened and was able to be accommodated in a timely fashion. I wanted the ayruveda oil massage, and the owner suggested I pair it with one of their full body stretch massages. His recommendation was well recieved and the stretch massage was an awesome way to open up my body and stretch before the oil massage. I also love how the massage attendants wash your feet before the treatment. After the treatment, I was brought a unique tea that Ive never had before, but it hit the pallet just right after the 2 hour massage.Location: right near the gate of india and the taj hotel (maybe a 5 min walk)Ambiance: dimly lit spa with gold accents and marigold petals lining the halls. Whole spa smells like fresh lemongrass which is awesome. Spa is off a busy road, so there may be some mild noise during your treatment.Price: Id budget about $100+ USD. (My treatment was 1000INR). So this isnt an inexpensive treatment, but you do get what you pay for here with the ambiance, cleanliness, privacy, and service.
