MakeMyTrip team not refund my Money... Dont use this app please guys... please

My simple NEFT refund request since 17 days now, has not been processed. Everyday I follow up with them and all they say wait for 24-48 hours, your case has been prioritized, accounts team is working on it and we are arranging a call back. And what happens is nothing. I havent got my money, I am on call with them as I type this.

Unable to connect with customer care.. and if connected they disconnect the cal by saying this is nt our department...

Worst agency ever. I booked a cab from airport fir 9:30 it didnt reach on time I called him for more than 20 minutes but he didnt receive the call and messaged me he cant receive

It is actully very useful app for ur booking for flights and holiday packages

Make my trip is a fraudsters agency they are not interacting with the customer only they are suggesting to chat with myra that robot worst experience with make my trip I will advice my family and friends not to book any flights tickets or vacation from them
