I had a worst experience with ratna travels. Bus dep timing was 7pm but they instructed me to come at 6.15. Why 45 min earlier??? Due to rain and slow traffic bus arrived late at 7.40. They made me sit in their office for 85 min. with no proper space. They have no value for time. They dont want to lose passengers. Dont even think of the inconvenience caused by them to passengers.
