Good atempt to showcase Eastindian culture. Lot of scope for improvement.
East Indians the native of Mumbai its intresting to know their culture must visit the Museum though small the organizers try hard to maintain it without any support from the Natas in power
We had rented the premises for a private New Years Party. The Museum is laughably small, with a minimum of items on display. However, the rent for Theresa Villa (and the attached open space), for the 31st of December was very reasonable (we only paid Rs.15,000 [December, 2018]. The local caretaker was friendly and the premises including the surrounding area, was cleaned properly. It also includes a tiny Swimming Pool. A Great place to rent if planning a party, but do not go there specifically to visit the Museum.
Good display rather small but has some interesting items from the pastHopefully more can contribute items so it can grow retaining our heritage
Boring N useless..better to visit beach..all non used items from ur old home kept there...Rs 10 visiting charges..for broken pieces....
Wow i loved the place because its on private land and owner is waiting for government to approve land so they can make more better place to visit.
Very innovative way of show casing the East Indian way of living. Seems like the numbers of this tribe is diminishing. This Museum is fantastic way to show our generation the beautiful people and their history in Mumbai.
Its a small museum but has authentic East India artists. the archdiocese of mumbai should send the schools so the kids know about the east Indian culture.
Must see if you are studying indian art and culture. You will definately find something eye catching here.Too compact, wont take much of your time but attention.
Good place to get away and party. Has its drawback connectivity wise
Good place for a family get together .got a have good maintenance though
East Indian memories to remind that eastindians are the local mumbaikar
