Too small.. Room service also not good. Rooms are not clean. Smell and Wet floor... Intercom doesnt work at all.Best part , you can enjoy full night music of mosquitos.This is limited time offer.Overall not so good

Hotel is ok just few metre from chahtrapati Shivaji terminus station. But inside the hotel it is not much good. lift side is very dirty and also on 5th floor very bad smell comes. Dustbin is also not there inside the room no cleaning on daily basis of room floor is there.But you can stay if you want to near the station and also depend on your emergency needs but overall is ok. But flood available inside the hotel is not good also cost is very high for breakfast it is 90 and for meal it is 100 and no taste is there.

Very congested rooms, taxi drivers are not willing to take you there as they dont get return trip, I mean its little difficult to get there if you dont have own vehicle or if you are not willing to pay to taxi more than whats showing on the taxi meter. Bed sheets and pillow cover I got were torn and old. I went with wife, but we got 2 small old blankets instead of one good big blanket. Not at all satisfied. If you want to save money and have to stay at Mumbai Cst then only choose this place

Ours was a triple bed room, nice and spacious. Staff is also polite and cooperative. Its very close to CST so very good location wise. All basic facilities are available.

Really bad experience to stay in this hotel with family. I booked this with oyo. Size of room is very very small, in the name of complementary breakfast, you will get cheap quality vada pav type stuff. People are egoistic. Except location as it is located in front of bombay CST rest is really poor.

Within budget. But, it is devoid of mechanical lift and own restaurants. People seems to be honest.

No sense of responsibility. Canceled my booking for more money without intimation. When askef the receptionist was rude about it. Situation forced me to take a different non A/C room on 3rd floor without lift. Bathroom was filthy and the room walls has mold. Room smells foul, reason is there no window to room so no chances of air circulation. I sincerely dont recommend it.

I had booked this hotel and reached there at night from Pune but they said no to us just because we have booked it from makemytrip in half of there actual rate the reason they gave to us is all we four friends are unmarried couple. Very rude behaviour and disrespectful. Will suggest to never go there.

Non AC rooms are too small and without attached bathrooms. Beware of bed bugs. Food is not at all good.Only good thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance from CST!

Its located in d terrace...In summer it will be very dangerous.....

Cant say good bcz (1)the room tv wasnt working & even after requesting they didnt fix it and (2) we are alloted a room in 5th floor as weve checked in early & (3)there were no lift..So its very strenuous and difficult for aged members to get to the room & even after requesting they didnt change our room..Only good thing is that the staffs there are good and helpful..position of the hotel is good..Thats it..So not good not bad, its kind of OKAY
