This venue is too small for facial service however its proximity to the location near to andheri west makes it best. Enrich keeps the service menu with price ,this time undoubted very costly and basic facial were not available. Can try the service if no expense constraint .it is on 4th floor of shopper stop

I have recently started being more frequent at this outlet of enrich only thanks to Crystal who does magic with hair requirements be it colour or spa or wash!! Shes very customer centric too. Love her skills. Way to go Crystal!

I am unhappy wit ppe kit price. I vl not recoomend any one . And its not that xtra ordinary. I know dey following the protocol and also know that its for safety. But safety ke naam pe looth te hai. I vl 100 percnt not recommend any1

The appointment system works the best. Technician was recommended by the customer service representative and was up to he mark with recommendation. I can totally vouch for their services for waxing

I used to love Enrich once upon a time. But I was not at all satisfied with my facial this time. They tried to sell me overpriced facial options instead of the one I had opted for. I went ahead with their options and it left my face oily and sticky. Their service has deteriorated a lot since I visited it the last time (almost 3 years back). I don’t think I am going back to this one again. Not sure about other locations though.

Never go to Enrich for highlights. You’re better off highlighting your hair at home by yourself. You’d be spending your money for nothing and the services are not at all worth it. I spent ₹6000 for a haircut and hair highlights but I’ve never been so disappointed with any service in my life. The work looks very amateur. Unless, you want to waste your money, I’d suggest not going to Enrich. My stylist’s name was Hemant. Kindly refrain from having good or even decent expectations from the this salon.

The staff at billing desk is absolutely unorganized. This is our second time when we walk in for our appointment and we are made to wait for 25-30 mins... second time around we were delayed due to traffic and we were not contacted by the salon to check if we are on for the appointment. This branch used to be very nice and now the management staff is absolutely unorganized. 1star given is for the poor management and communication skills.
