Will surely visit soon.Positives :The Front Desk gentleman on our right gave us a very good deal on Star Room including the Breakfast which we appreciate highly.Rooms are very clean and organized with sound proof windows. Washrooms are amazing with a hot tub and you wont feel to leave once in because it is that relaxing.24 Hour In Room Dining is assuring.The Restaurant staff is very courteous and respectful. Sukumar is definitely the charm of the restaurant.The gentleman on the Front Desk permitted us a late check out without any hesitation. He also provided us 2 extra blankets without any charges. Thank you so much.Cons :The Housekeeping guy who came into the room with extra blankets looks fishy.The Security guards at the gates are goofy.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, hairs on the bedsheet, AC not working, no electric kettle, etc. Worst experience with the hotel manager Mr. Manjeet. Did not feel like staying not even for 12 hours hence checked out. Vallet parking staff and security were polite and helpful else all other staff require strict training and grooming. Worst hotel ever. Please save your time and money! Avoid this hotel

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L).They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable

So I stayed in the hotel in July 2021. And I got myself a icon room. And the rooms were dirty, underneath the bed it was full dusty, and also there were long hair stuck to the beds bottom. Bathtub was dirty, food was below average as per hotel standards. They have TV but its dish so half of the channels arent subscribed. The only good part was one of the servers who was super sweet to us. But the hotel. Not really.

No doubt Navy’s food is Gooooood… but I felt very bad when i found they did fraud by blocking online booking when i was standing on counter. Once i booked room on the counter then again i checked on their official site - and guess what after booking was done all room were available.*If this is called professionalism then what we call a fraudster.*

It was a great experience for us When we reached the hotel, we greeted by the smiling staff at the reception. We booked the room. When we saw our room, we were really happy.The hotel is very close to main road. The staffs are very courteous. They nicely guided us to plan our trip to different tourist places.The food was nice. The buffet breakfast was superb. We really enjoyed the food.

This is a third class hotel. Mostly people of Mumbai go to hotels for parties etc. But this hotel doesnt allow if u bring drinks on ur own. Even 5 star hotels allow them. Same goes with food. And they start quarrelling with u unnecessary.

They have combo of 3 pc. That is the good thing.. service was not bad.. only thing which I noticed that AC was not on at the reception area which was a bad thing while check in.. rest all was good.. nice place to stay for a day..

We stayed for 2 days from Friday to Sunday. Nice property and good rooms and in room facilities etc in this price.However, I asked for a non smoking room but my bathroom was stinking of cigarettes and a wired foul smell at the door. Complained multiple times but all they could do is spray some air fresheners. It was as if almost someone had puked there earlier. However we were out of the room for work most of the time so even we didnt bother to ask for changing the room. Rating a three star only for the space and the amenities. They also have bike parking.However what I found unprofessional is that the gate keeper will check your bag during the check in as they have a strict no outside food policy which you will see branded everywhere including the elevator. They will need to check the bags and no female available to check a womans bag so I denied the checking after him insisting . Never in any three star nor in a five star have I ever seen this kind of juvenile practice. If you want to check the bag for safety purpose they should have scanners in place. I strangely didnt see the front desk executives wearing masks for the first 2 days except when we were checking out on Sunday. The room service executive were wearing masks though. First day the breakfasts was perfect and delecious. But the second day it was exactly opposite. First day we received two cups of tea in a kettle. On the second day we ordered the same tea, they bought tea in a cup which had spilled half already, I said yesterday I got a kettle and thats was two cups worth of tea so then they changed it. The dosa and medu wada on the 2nd day was almost burnt.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. In hotel restaurant is quite expensive. They charge more than the MRP even when you are drinking inside the rooms. They charge the lounge and pub rates even when they are closed. I ordered wine of 600 MRP and got charged of around 1285 rupees.You dont have any option for ice cream and outside ice cream is not allowed. They dont have enough channels on the tv and when asked to subscribe to it, I was first asked to pay extra for the channel charges and when I agreed to pay extra to watch that channel they told they cannot activate that channel as my stay is short. They only activate the specific tv channels if your stay is more than 5-7 days. It is rated as 4 star hotel but I didnt have any such experience.

Visited this hotel pre-Corona and post the second wave of Corona.Would’ve given a 5-star for pre-Corona experience but during the pandemic and because of the challenges brought on by it, the rooms need maintenance. Their room facilities were very nice before the lockdown but need to be maintained now.However, some things like their quality, quantity and taste of the food along with politeness of the staff remains unchanged. Their staff is still very courteous and friendly. They allowed us to check-in early without putting in a request for the same. And their food was absolutely delicious and value for money.However, their breakfast spread has degraded. Their breakfast buffet was amazing and they had a lovely spread of veg/non-veg dishes. But due to social distancing rules, they serve it in the room and is limited. Not the same fun.

Property is on the main road, well located. Outside food and drinks not allowed. Smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Room service available was available till 2.30 AM during my visit.

But I would like to mention that, even the hotels restaurant serves very good food. The quantity and taste of food is very good. Hotel is just 10mins ride away from airport. But above all these points, the best thing about the hotel is, their staff. Each and every single staff from reception to kitchen to guards are very polite cooperative and very well mannered. We had booked a suite at The Regale by Tunga. The hotel is okay although the suite was good. At first we were told at the reception that visitors are not allowed as that is the hotel policy although during booking this was not communicated. On entering the room, we found that there are no water bottles so we called for the same. Later we ordered food from the restaurant and there was a hair strand in every dish including dessert. On complaining regarding the same, the dessert was replaced. The sheets caused allergies on my face and next day we had breakouts. This is a serious hygiene concern especially at the time of covid. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are not as shown in the pictures. Some basic necessities for a traveller are not available. One little incident I asked for tissue paper and the front desk guy told me that I have toilet paper in the bathroom so I need to use that

Perfect in the price we got. The room was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. All amenities were present. Enough towels, toiletries, hair dryer, etc. The food just blew me away..it was outstanding. I recommend everyone to visit this place once.

The property is well maintained but the management is poor. The staff is not friendly at all and has weird rules in place which even 5 stars dont have. Stay only if you can handel the unnecessary rude behaviour.

The Regale is home. Let me start with that!Everytime I need some time out especially now considering WFH due to COVID, I take a visit to the Tunga to experience a seven star treatment at a four star hotel.The staff is so courteous and make sure that your stay is super comfortable.Every inch of this place is santised and also they ensure that proper checks are done before letting any guest enter the hotel. A very quick check-in procedure and also a good to know information that local Ids are accepted at this hotel. You will have to fill in the personal guest information form along with the Covid protection form claiming that you do not have any symptoms.You also get FREE Wi-Fi for all the corporate folks to ensure no work stays pending.There is one thing that goes without skipping is the Cold Coffee. I ensure I dont miss it. The food is as per the price of any 4 star hotel.To sum it all, their hospitality is 100%.Must visit for anyone traveling as well as its close (15- 20 minutes) to the airport as well.

Good things : Staff, Ambience, Rooms.Bad and upsettimg things: You cannot order food from outside and their internal restaurant prices are exorbitantly higher. For just the breakfast we paid 900 bucks which included a dosa, butter toasted bread , coffee.I wil not visit the place because it is not worth when it comes to food.Secondly the beds are extremely uncomfortablem Kindly improve on these points.

They were so humble, always with a smile on their face. Would definately visit again for them, talking to them makes your day, they both are surely gems of Regale. And thanks to Mr. Rajesh on front desk. Just a disadvantage is that they dont allow outside food, and apart from that this is my suggestion to them to write the rates on menu including taxes. Because the rate written is without tax, they add taxes on bill. And disappointed with house keeping staff it happened twice i told them to replace water in kettle but the guy forgot, everytime you have to ask them for complimentary water, tea and coffee sachets, they dont even bother to change the used cups. For 2 3 days this place is very good to spend time.

Had booked for 31st Dec. On reaching there we were denied check-in as we were carrying alcohol. We agreed to not take ahead our booking and wanted to cancel. But the front desk guys were not even a bit helpful as we had booked from GoIbibo. Rude. Unfriendly experience... We were charged for 2 nights without even staying at the hotel. Still struggling for a refund...

Navya, the hotel in here is so awesome. The food they provided was superb. The place is well maintained. Staff were so well mannered. They knew about all the dishes very well and helped to order also. The place provide a good quantity of food for awesome price. In terms of taste the dishes were on another level and well presented. Really enjoyed both the dishes that ordered. The ordered dishes was Chinese Pot Rice (chicken) and Hongkong noodles. Except the GST which was 18% and I was shocked as normally it is 5%. But they said its because of the star. Also guys this restuarant let you pay with Zomato Pro which is 20%. HOPE YOU GUYS ENJOY.

Ok guys first of all they dont allow outside food and drinks.. They have a strict policy against outside food which is pathetic because they are only a 3 star hotel and even 5 star hotels allow outside food from zomato or swiggy.. Also be prepared to spend alot of money on their pathetic food.. The food is overcharged.. They only provide 1 bottle of water and then they charge for that aswell.. They are very cheap and will find every single way to make money from us.. The room smells alot.. The staff is very unprofessional.. This property is worse then oyo hotels.. Never gonna stay here again..
