Satvik Experience - Visited recently @Flavors located inside @grandhometelmumbai first floor for Satvik Food festival which focused on Vegetarian cuisines. It was a feast for vegetarian which I didnt mind to pay Rs 900 approx. I have been visited here few times for dinner and once on Sunday Brunch was best and worth visiting.After lockdown, this place is now completely renovated the floor adding more space allowing guests to bring more family members.The spread looked really good. Started with Lemon Coriander soup which was too sour for me but Mexican Tortilla Soup was much better. Ecen Kiwi cooler mocktail was worth sipping along with food.In starters I had Crispy veg, Paneer Tikka Achari and Mini Pizza. Somehow I loved concept of biscuit size Mini pizza. It was definitely unique in taste, lot crisper. Noddles were not the mark again it was very very dry, plain and flat in taste.In mains there were lot of varieties however I loved Lahori Kofta Curry which Kofta was too soft with thick curry not over spicy though ditto with Paneer Tikka Lababdar. Bharwan Aloo was ok compared to the couple of above. Stuffed Bell paper with Cheese sauce was also unique for me as it gave flavor of spices and cheese. Red Thai Curry disappointed me a lot, it was lot of watery, didnt get the curry punch in it. Vegetables were properly organised but flavor was missing. However in dessert I found okayish mix fruit pastries along with Nutella Brownie, rose flavored Mousse was good but I loved Moong Dal Sheera a lot. Gulabjam was extra soft. Motichoor laddu was there who likes to eat typical festive dessert.Service was excellent, coordination was also good.So, few dishes which lacked taste and need fine tuning. But rest of the dishes which definitely compensated the others which were not upto the mark. So overall it was a good Satvik experience amidst Satvik Food Festival.

I have always been at ease while staying at the Royal Hometel Suites. It was a well spent bday and overnight stay for the kids. Food is good would give 4.2/ 5. Good staff kind and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience. 4.6 /5 rating.

Extremely Disappointed3 star hotel with 2 star amenities. Furnitures, fixtures & bathroom accessories all have gone outdated. Towel is dirty, linen also not up to mark, cooling in room extremely Disappointed. Hotels look jazzy from outside but interiors are extremely disappointing.Would have recommended to corporate chaps but Iron, shoe polish or even basic amenities for an corporate chap missing.Would recommend Hotel to reduce the tariff by at least 700 to 1000 rs lower to at least justify their standards with service they offering.Only best things were foods as we used to visit their restaurant in past & foods were always yummy.But never knew rooms would have been so disappointing.

Rooms are good but there is LESS VENTILATION, NO PARKING AVAILABLE one has to park on public roads only(your vehicle parts may get stolen be aware of that), FOOD QUALITY IS WORST, need to improve room service, however HOTEL STAFF WAS GREAT.

Sarovar Grand Hometel is a hygienic and well managed hotel. The staff was well mannered and the service was great. We especially came here for the food and stayed at the hotel overnight. From room service we ordered Chicken Hunan Sauce, Chicken Fried Rice, Thai Fish Curry, Paneer Lababdar and a Chocolate Brownie. All 5 of them were amazing and mouth watering. The best of them was the Thai Fish Curry which was so flavour packed and a joy to our taste buds. Definitely the best one we have had in a very long time..😋For the breakfast buffet we had lots of options to choose from and everything was fresh and the standard of quality was pretty good. We ate till we couldnt eat anymore..🤤

We really enjoyed our lunch experience with Sarovar Grand Hometel at their restaurant, Flavors. Mr Dsouza and Ms Sonia were both very friendly to make the arrangements, despite the current challenging times. 😍We had a scrumptuous meal beginning with their yummy starters such as Caesar Salad, Murgh Achari Tikka Masala, Murgh Malai Tikka, Maanchow, Hot & Sour soup, Assorted Brouchette. Our Main Course had the delicious Chilli Chicken gravy with Wok Noodles along with unforgettable desserts-gulab jamun, brownie and moong dal halwa! Mr Clemente took great care of us throughout our lunch.Thank you and Cheers! 🤩😍

Everything was perfect. Room service was excellent. Soniya & Akshay were fabulous at their service from in room dining. Check in was smooth taken by a lady I dont remember the name. Air condition in room is not effective thus could not slept properly in the night time. Though I had requested engineering person to have a look but even he could not helped saying it can not be fixed as it is at its right temprature as per him. I dont know what was the issue but for me the room was not cool as a I wanted.

The place is located at malad. As of many peoples concern the covid precautions are very well taken. You can have birthday parties, celebration and many other occasional parties. The rooms were good, but the service was really pathetic. I had to call twice to get someone to the room to give my shirt for ironing and still no one came to pick it up. We had 4 rooms on the 5th floor out of which one room and the corridor was full of cigarettes smell. The smell in the room was so bad we had to get a different room. Plus they denied us any parking space for a single car.

I had the opportunity to visit the hotel during my recent trip with my family.stayed in room 909 (junior suite room) for 5 days. Room was very neat and clean and very spacious. The fitness centre was well equipped too. But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. All restaurant staff are highly appreciable like pooja, munish, sonia, mansi, simran, komal , jignesh ....Special thanks to chef charuhas and suchef pijush for made my daughters 2nd birthday so memorable and special with surprise cake and with loads of love and care. I really like the breakfast and enjoyed buffet as well. The food was tasty with ample varieties and chaat corner was awesome ... vallet parking staff are also very helpful. Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

I have booked this hotel through Agoda app. Later because of my personal reasons I did not checked in to this hotel. in-spite of that this hotel has charged complete charge of one day from my credit card. Later I asked them to provide the receipt of the money charged by them but they have not provided any receipt or tax invoice for the same. This is a highly unprofessional behavior. Moreover they are not receiving the call on the contact number provided by them.

Im traveling since 12th January, first i stayed at the Radisson Goregaon for three nights, then i had work in zaveri bazar so i booked The Sahil Hotel in mumbai central (which was a nightmare but i had no option closer to the market), finally i booked this hotel.Initially, i had some concern and to my surprise Emad the reception guy, Cajton and the GM took no time to respond and deliver highest level of service possible and i was amazed with the kind of room, and culinary experience that blew my mindI visit mumbai every quater for 6-7 days and hands down Im never going to go anywhere elseRadisson Goregaon guys took 15k for 3 nights before i entered my room the first day at the reception and when i checked in and ordered breakfast this guy stood on my head and asked me to pay right away for 1000rs breakfast that i ordered in room, so if your traveling from North India you dont expect that and when i raised my concern lady at the reception said it wont be repeated yours is not a Pre authorized payment room (heard this term for first time in my life) but next day same thing happened so i decided not to stay there on my way back from south mumbai and thats why i chosed this hotelSarovar Grand HometelReception guy Emad, Prem, Cajtan, & GM are gem of a person & treasure for the management, i expect this level of hospitality from any renowned hotelIf you are traveling from North India and look for comfort, youll regret not being here

It is a great place especially when you are going in a group as a school trip. The food was finger licking good . The Fish was really really good.( I visited this hotel as a part of School Trip from Hyderabad in 2016). I know its a long 4 years . And it would be weird coz I posted it after 4 long tears. XD

3-star hotel with nice rooms and bathroom is tight space. Good location in malad. Easy rickshaw ride to get around. Close to vinette banquets were we attended a wedding. Flavours restaurant is wonderful for breakfast buffet with plenty of food and friendly staff. Front desk and security also friendly and helpful. Noise in hallway can be loud with guests all night. Strange sewer smell in hallway and smoke smell from guests

Id give negative ratings if it was possible.The worst banquet experience ever.Got the banquet 45 mins later than claimed. Got just one room for the bride and groom both, and the decor was not even close to what we had asked for. Also, absolutely horrible food. Id rather just get married at McDonalds and itll still be a better wedding than this. Special mentions who made this worse are Kunjan (Banquet manager) and Shabnam (decorator) theyre just absolute mishap on this planet. Theres absolutely no cooperation from their end.

This review is about the restaurant in Grand Homotel namely FlavoursThe staff were friendly and courteous however the food was not all that great.The starters were good but same couldnt be said about the food . The salads were not at all good and the desserts were tasteless inspite of having a huge spread. Rooms were comfortable but the towels need to be more cleaner and it requires some amenities inside the room. such as tooth paste and toiletry. A few more English channels on their cable box would be great and the food was good. a good location If you have work in that area.
