Very noisy ambience.view from most of the apartments is slums all around.main entrance is also in midst of a crowded market area.very noisy ambience.definitely nt for people who want calm and peaceful atmosphere.no garden just a concrete deck around the building where kids can cycle or play.

OMKAR GROUP HAS CHEATED ALL THE BUYERS AND BASIC FACILITIES ARE NOT PROVIDED. A 32 STORIED BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE POWER BACK UP OR BMC WATER

Theyve met every deadline they mentioned in t he schedule and the plan. They sure made modifications, but only to make things better. The location sure gives dual feelings, one where I can see it surrounded by slums and the other where the view of film city and the mountains from up there. But what is comforting is the fact that, there are multiple projects underway and the slums could be gone soon.I cant wait for Mar2017 (the delivery date)

I am a flat owners but sorry to say Omkar Ananta has been left high and dry by its builders .excellent location scenery no pollution but builder Omkar developers have yet to give amenities water connection if late lots of problems but excellent construction fresh air are the pluses you win some you loose some

The builder has cheated all flat owners. There is no proposal to construct amenities like swimming pool, walk way, childrens play area etc. All the amenities are not delivered, neither is a plan in place to deliver the same. All owners are a frustrated lot. They have recently taken over the affairs of the society and trying to work out ways to make the building more livable.

This is not OMKAR. it is ONKAR. OMKAR is some other place.

This place is near to dadasaheb phalke filmcity and Far away from goregaon station.

To faraway from station you can take flimcity bus which will drop you on main Rd.From their you have to climb a small hill to reach Omkar Ananta.
