Nice temple ... lot of positive energy and good feeling ...
Divine and Spiritual place to relax mind and feel blessed .
I really love this Shi Subramaniya Swami Temple. I have visited this temple on 7th May 2017 to attend my friends sister wedding ceremony. The statues in the temple campus, sculptures and paintings on the temple doors and walls are very beautiful and colorful. Splendid decors, fragrance of fresh flowers, laughter of people and children, the smell of a diversified range of cuisines and finally the sound of music most importantly Thavil played by an old man are Great.
An iconic south indian temple. Helpful for marriages and many happy events. Murugan thunai🙏
This temple is really big and beautiful. Its a bit far but thats completely worth it. They promote classical art form to a great extent. Theres also proper nice rooms where you can get ready for your performance. Theres a festival named Natyanjali which runs for 15 days till the eve of mahashivratri!
Place we being visiting since our childhood. We can have a Feel of temple in South india. Festival are celebrated as per rituals, must visit.
You could feel the positive vibes inside temple😌.
We travelled all the way from Mira Road to Chembur finding for this Murugan temple. But once we reached we felt very happy and the place is so peaceful felt like Im in some pilgrimage place. A place to visit. Staff are so helpful right from the security guard to the office staff everyone is so polite and helpful. In Mumbai, youll never find such a big temple.
One of the best holy, spiritual and well maintained place. You feel like you are in a temple at South India.
Wonderful, serene place for praying. Neat and clean. Well maintained
Divine place. Sincere Pooja performed by the Pandit.
Visited the temple 2 days ago. There are different deities installed here. One side have deities with style and puja of Kerala system, and the other side with style and puja of Tamil Nadu. But both are situated on the 3rd floor of the building with facilities available for devotees to worship of their choice. Different offerings are accepted as per tradition and customs.
On 9th Feb2020, myself with my hubby got to visit Thiruchembur Murugan temple located at Chedda Nagar for Harshs tonsure ceremony, the entire family has joined us then.Thiruchembur Murugan temple was a beautiful South Indian temple located at Chedda Nagar, dedicated to Lord Muruga. It was a man made Hillock temple consists of 108 steps, also lift is available for those who couldnt climb the stairs. The presiding deity of the temple was Lord Subramanya along with his consorts - Valli & Devasena. Other deities available in the temple are Lord Ganapathy, Lord Durga, Lord Guruvayoorappan, Navagrahas etc.,Atmosphere of the temple was so tranquil and we had a great peace of mind at the temple
Experience the subcultures of the south in a bustling Metropolitan city. Very divine.
If you really want to feel the presence of GOD then this is the place....
Nice banquet and temple to arrange marriage but food is not served hot. Totally cold food that i didnt enjoy.
Authentic touch. All shrine poojas are back. On most days no if people limited and thus safe condition.
Temple located at quite place and also it is clean and tidy. But, you have to climb 106 stairs to climb up to get darshan of Deity. Hence, people with knee and lower back problems and old age people be careful, as there is no presence of elevator to go up.
The temple premises is very clean and enough place to park your car.. 108 steps are perfectly Construct. Inside the premises Gurukal are so devotional. Original Nadaswaram and melam giving ample of happiness.. Prasadam is always amurtham. We visit this templewvery month from Thane.

One of the richest tamil traditional temple in Mumbai suburbs for the Tamil Kadval Murugan. The temple is in the top floor as similar to the other modern south indian temples in Mumbai. Lift facility is available for the senior citizens and other needy peoples on chargeable basics (₹1 per person per one way).
Wonderful temple... Neat and clean 🙂🙂🙂

Rajasthan
Very old and beautiful temple.
Located in the quaint and peaceful locality of Chhedanagar, this temple is really worth a visit. You can offer prayers to a variety of deities here and also take part in various festivals that are celebrated in the temple. The carvings around the temple premises are worth spending some time looking at. All in all a perfect place to offer your prayers peacefully.
One of the famous and well populated south Indian temple dedicated to Lord Muruga with other deities worshipped too. Lots of religious activities carried out on a daily basis. One gets solace strength and peace after visiting and staying around and absorbing the atmosphere.
Located in the heart of Chheda Nagar colony, this is a temple of Lord Murugan. It has idols of various other deities like Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva along with Lord Ganesha. The architecture of the temple is grand and magnificent, showcasing huge pillars on the outside. But the fascinating fact about this temple are the sub temples that are located on the top floor. You have to climb a long flight of stairs to reach them. These sub temples are carved out in single black rocks and then taken all the way up and placed there. This temple has a pure and serene atmosphere in its sanctum where many people sit, pray and meditate to get some peace off their busy life outside this temple.
Very nice temple just loved it 🙏
Amazing serenity and calmness in the temple
Theres a divinity around the place. Lord Murugans beauty is par excellence. Temple looks clean and tidy. There was a dance program ( Natyanjali) going on by budding artists. Totally a nice experience.
Serene & Divine place, we can have darshan of many deities here.Infrastructure is superb, they have maintained temple very well.Always attracts lot of crowd from various places, Lord Murugan gracing all devotees.Utility hall also available, so marriage & auspicious function is regular here.
A neat compact temple in Chembur, well managed. Located in a South Indian residential locality. Popular amongst most south Indian community of Mumbai. Also has two multipurpose halls.
Beautiful temple with serene and calm atmosphere
Superb. Divine. Royal. Magnificent. No words to describe this beautiful abode of lord muruga
Very nice temple....typical south indian temple...would help others if name of deities are written too . This will benefit other devotees like me.
Nice and very big and large temple
Very nicely built and artistic. Easy mobility. Has a wedding hall as well with ample space for a 1000 crowd.
Good temple. Well maintained... Gurukkals and namboodiri are behaving and talking good. pooja doing our south indian style and dedication.Visit the the temple everyone.

No designated parking place but you can park on the road side..Temple is located in the top floor and thus gives a feel of hill temple.
South Indian temple. Food arrangement were simple and clean. They serve on banana leaf. Dressing room is good enough. I went there for a bridal makeup for a Tamil bride .
It is as in Tamilnadu. In Silent place.Devotees can pray in calm situation to get the blessings of Lord Murga
Its gives a South Indian touch very nice temple. A divine place every one can visit once
Ive been visiting this temple from many years. Lot of positive energy you can feel, very peaceful and relaxing.
Every South Indian Spiritual place is Murugan temple . Holy environment and It Gives peaceful Mind for every one . Chembur cheddanagar
Five star for cleanliness and maintenance. Recently I attended Thirukalyanam in this temple. Pooja, procedures and pandits behaviour was awesome but after pooja pandits , cleaning boy, musicians and even watchman thinks us as ATM machine. All devotees are feared of god instead of Devotion.Overall mixed experience.
Felt peace and blessed.
Very nice temple with a great ambience. Been going there for ages
Excellent peaceful temple in Mumbai.. Having a great feeling to be like in hometown.. God bless all
Located in a serene colony in chembur they have regular poojas and other religious functions. Gives some peace of mind.
Wonderful Murugan Temple at Chembur Mumbai suburban. ALL deities in Elevated location. Catering to the South Indian population whos missing their native homes. Well maintained. Lift available for people at meagre charges. Staircase option exist. Nice place especially for Tamilians. Traditions maintained.

Good marriage hall. But too small for a little big gathering.
I grew up here and i was in some ways instrumental in constructing this temple through spirit. Very nice and serene
Quiet serene place of worship for Hindus of MUMBAIconstructed by devotees from Tamil Nadu
Nice big old temple with good infrastructure and lift for elders and marriage hall with rooms.. ambience is perfect
Typical South Indian temple in the heart of Mumbai and so well maintained... must visit when you are in chembur.
Fantastic. The divinity there is inexplicable. Please do visit the temple
It was my close friends wedding, he is from Chennai and the girl was from Mumbai and hence the wedding was planned in this place. We stayed at Chembur and made our trips to Sri Thiruchembur Murugan temple for 2 days for the wedding. The place is pretty close by from Chembur (Ambedkar Park area) just about Rs.30 in the autorickshaw. The temple is surround by a peaceful residential area, it is so peaceful that you can literally listen to the birds chirping, clean and well maintained place. The food was awesome during the wedding, especially i love the brahmin food (never miss a chance to attend weddings especially). I am foodie and love different cuisines, brahmin food is one of my favorites. Overall a great place, great wedding :-)
Thiruchembur temple or CheddhaNagar temple, is abode of Lord Kartikaya as replicated by south Indian style monument as worshipped in South India Murugan koil.
A nice temple where one can get inner peace.
Excellent temple with 108 steps to climb. Temple is amidst a serene area of chedda nagar. Very surprised to see such a silent area in the busy of
Best murugan temple in Mumbai. Must visit for tamils
Wow beautiful Lord Murugan temple located in chembur. The step count of 108 Is awesome and the temple is maintained neat and clean. The iyers are from tamilnadu and behaves well with Devotees.
Best Temple. My favourite. Like to visit there.Have Darshanam. Sit for some time . Have Peace.
We cant comment on any Gods place, when we trust we go there, pl. Dont ask these kind of funny questions
This temple is special because of the way it is constructed. The Sanctum Sanctorum is on the top floor. Which means the idols base is not in contact with the earth. For this reason there is a column built right from the ground level all the way up to the idols base and it is filled with soil! Tada! Now the idols base is in contact with the earth.
It is situated in nice and calm area. Thiruchembur Murugan looking beautiful with valli and deivanai on 3rd floor. Temple was maintained neat and clean.
Really nice place to get peace of mind in the crowded area.
