The stay here is worst. As the room is very ugly. Rude management & support staff. We were never helped or served properly. Nothing works at all including phone, bathroom, TV & floor is sticky. We requested management but no response. later they keep sending msgs to dont give bad feedback. We recommend the mgnt to work on customer service. Thanks!

ProsHotel was situated at an excellent location connecting most of the scenic sites such as gateway of India, sea side, taj, fashion street, Colaba market etc. Hotel staffs were sober and polite towards their guests.ConsDont fall prey under the TERMS- COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST they just give 2 small Bread butter and Tea. Its better to have it from outside. Dont ask for water bottle they will charge you 30/- instead of 20/- get the same from outside. Once u get down the hotel you will get ample of options for the same.Hope this review will help u to choose stuffs.

We booked for 2 days but , received basic toiletries like towel for only first day. Bathroom was too small to use. Hotel room was a renovated property with half completed renovation. Doormate must be provided outside bathroom. single room non a/c is not having any ventilation facilities, like window or skylight. Hotel is also charging for water.

Had booked a room with a city view. This is the kind of service they provide. These are real time images of the place my friends were given. Had booked the room a month prior as a wedding gift to my friends. They asked me to cancel a booking on booking.com and confirmed that they would take care of everything.after speaking to the management (Mr Samson) he says that all the rooms are booked and this is the best we can do for you. Thank you for ruining what was supposed to be a beautiful time for my friends.

Linen were filthy including towel bedsheets everything....intercom phone service didnt work.... no ventilation in room as there was no window and exhaust fan when I asked I can get room with window they told they in triple bed room only...they even dont give u ac remote also. Worst experience ever

Poor experience. I have booked with Goibibo and hotel denied check in. They asked me additional cash payment.Room also not good for that amount.The hotel is in 5th floor.I recommend not to book in online since they surely ask for cancel online booking and ask for direct additional cash payment that more costly than online amount you see.

We booked this hotel last year on December.But when we reached there it wasnt up to expectations for women to stay and hence we cancelled it at the same time.we booked for longer stay and hence paid 26000 right at the moment but when we cancelled the manager (SAMSON PATHARE) told us he will pay back in 3/4 days .Now its been 6 to 7 months he is playing with us , whenever we call he dont pick up, he doesnt respond. he promised he will pay us everyday but he didnt. i want to talk to the owner of the hotel please leave his no. if anyone from the hotel is seeing this.or else i am taking this case to court or my father is in army i know how to deal and seize the hotel forever

I would have rated 1, but gave 2 just for the location of the stay ( Walkable to gateway of India, Colaba causeway).Firstly, the receiving at the reception wasnt really good. We booked with breakfast , when I checked the same thing at the reception, the guy who did the check-in formalities denied. He was kind of rude . He wasnt really willing to help. Secondly, there were tiny cockroaches in the room. The Ac remote was not provided to us, it was only operated by the boy( he turned it on and left with the remote).There was no proper hot water( only lukewarm after wasting 3 buckets of cold water).And then the breakfast was pathetic, just 4 slices bread with butter and tea for 2 ppl.Definitely overrated and overpriced for the facilities provided.

Situated at just a 5 minute walk from the Gateway of India, it is the only pro of staying there. We could not locate it easily with google maps however the hotel staff waited at the entrance. The entrance itself left us wondering if we were at the right place and the sight of the rooms after check-in made us gasp with horror. The rooms looked far from what has been advertised in the photos, the walls were covered with black mold and fungus and smelled like a damp room which has been closed for ages masked by the almost suffocating smell of the room freshener. The bedding looked unwashed, ours even had a burn mark and curry stains on it. One could see a few cockroaches as well along with a very sticky floor. On asking for the AC remote the staff responded that there is only a SINGLE REMOTE FOR THE WHOLE HOTEL!! WiFi did not work as well.We actually checked out the same night and booked a 5 star not too far from there. Totally not recommended. If possible prefer paying few thousand bucks more and stay in a 5 start with 1000X times better experience.

We have booked this hotel via make my trip not a good stay, untidy and dirty rooms, stinking toilets, no ventilation, congested room no proper place to move around, TV not working, AC remote not working, no wifi, false promises by hotel manager and reception desk, they treat you nicely until checking in..rest all is drama. Promised complimentary breakfast at 7am as we had to check out early, however in the morning we were told bread is not available since the nearby shop is closed. Will not recommend this place to friends and colleagues, terrible stay and experience. Worst nightmare ever, also please do not book the room by just checking photos uploaded, photos and the place is completely different

Good hotel and budget friendly. Rooms are pretty small but okay for 1-2 night stay. The emergency exit is quite dangerous and one can fall down with serious injuries.

The location of the place is really awesome. just 5 mins walk from the Gateway of India. Moreover you get to get all the fun activities which is at a stones throw like shopping in the Crawford Market or to the Colaba causeway, even going to the marine drive at night which is just 15 mins drive. The neighborhood is really nice, the staff is also very friendly and upgraded our room. The rooms are really nice too, but a bit on the smaller side. But given the location, and the service provided and the rent, I think its the best deal possible in this locality of Colaba.

As I was Staying Alone, I dnt wanted to get me introuble Dirty Place, My Room Was Not Cleaned And In Bathroom No Shop, No Dental kit, Nothing was Thier, No Bedsheet Change, there was some Stain of Bloods On Bed sheet, I Found a Empty Box of Condom in Cupboard That Means Hotel Staff Dont Even Care To Clean The Place, In This Covid Situation This Guyz are Not Doing Basic Cleaning.

Worst hotel booking ever done. Cost too high with Zero benifits. Untidy managed room with No Towels, Toileteries and No Hot Water. Washroom Commod was almost broken. TV not working properly and had to asked to get it changed. . No Covid19 form filled as mandatory clauses instead so called Manager here was asking Unnecessary questions about personal visits at the booking counter. Wadroom was pathetic and Noisy when opened and closed. Room Door was again a mess to lock and leave. Telephone service was also not working. Mini Fridge was in horrible condition and non functional. No water No Soaps and basic hygiene standards NOT maintained. Worst Veg Sandwich ever ate as complimentary.So, Over and all it was HECTIC & So Disgusting STAY IN COLABA SUITS. SUGGEST NO-ONE & DONT GO FOR PHOTOS on the sites!!

Worst thing I have ever visited, I booked a king size bed room but they gave that room to other customer and gave us a tiny room and a party room was attached to the room I was in worsr hotel dont visit

All the roads surrounding the area are now under construction and it is not easy to access the suites area situated on the 5th floor of a weird building.  The room is clean but the beds, the walls and the bathroom really needs a renovation. They serve Lunch in your room, because there is no restaurant area - but most likely you will have to eat it in bed.I suggest dont booking the room after seeing the photos which I shared.

I have stayed for 1 nights. Everything about this visit was superb, from the staff to the room to the food experience. So, where do we start? check in,from the very start we were made to feel special. Room? Excellent with amazing interiors. Dinning? we have tried with nearby restaurants and food was very delicious. All the above comments again applied with a surprising welcome with smooth check-in and having smile on their faces. Had a time in this hotel.

The staff was helpful. Breakfast was served in the room which was not so good because its not comfortable. The apathetic manager of this dump tries to bluff his way around the numerous problems that the tiny rooms have, including electronic entry cards that dont work, tepid shower water temperatures, air conditioners that drip water on the floor and Wifi that doesnt work at all. He exploits a crew of teen-aged male students, none of whom are properly trained, to clean the rooms and perform other maintenance tasks. Its easy to find better hotels than this one in that price range.

Decent place! Stayed there for 1 night. Quick service. Also helped me extend my check-out time due to an emergency.

To be frank I didn’t want to go this lodge after seeing the entrance of this place, it’s not clean and it’s completely different from the pictures what we had seen. But as you enter the building by lift everything changes. It’s completely different from what we see from outside. Lighting’s are really good. They provide you a complementary breakfast, rooms are maintained nicely. Each room has a refrigerator too. And the main advantage of staying in this lodge is that it’s very near to few places like Gate way of India, Taj hotel amd many more markets.

The hotel is located in the heart of colaba. The staff is very friendly and rooms were fine, bed was comfy, the bathroom felt hygienic. The hotel is good as it has access to all the main attractions of Mumbai. If your budget is low this can be good option. Suitable for all travelers.
