Very budget friendly.They provide 3 meals and high tea included package per person at a quite affordable cost. Also they provide customised starters if ordered.Swimming pool was big.Cozy and quite place away from city chaos.Staff was very friendly and co operative.

Good place for an overnight stay. We drove down from thane to Madh in 1 hour 30 minutes. Since it was Sunday, we didnt get traffic as we had left at 6.30am. Samara has good rooms, nice big kids swimming pool and lawns. We were a group of 20 and took the dormitory room which is quite big. The breakfast consisted of poha, idli sambar, Omelette smd bread butter. Lunch consisted of 1 non veg, 1 veg, dal rice, roti and icecream. The staff were also very cooperative. Looking forward to visiting again.

Me my husband and my 2.8yr old kid visited the property last saturday. It was a good place with personal tpuch of the staff members. Comparatively it was a small and simple resort with homely food. Property was small and is okok with family..pls carry your own music speakers with you..

Good ambience ..perfect for wedding parties.only thing is its little inside the mud island.. And traffic at the begining of mud island from malvani side is like Aashiqui the movie....expect the unexpected.😃

We had a superb family outing! Clean, tidy, reasonable, friendly. There is a pool, an outdoor play area for kids, football place, volleyball / throw ball, spacious. Food was tasty even though they have limited options. Its certainly not five 🌟 since they dont have restaurant flexibility. But meals, tea, etc all gets served on time!

Nice place. Clean rooms. Huge swimming pool. Huge garden area. Not very deep. Good for children and adults. Playing area for small children with slide and swings. Playing area for volleyball and football. Dance area with music. Clean toilets. Separate dining area with buffet food. Food quality is good. Overall a very good picnic or weekend getaway location.

Average accommodation. Very poor pressure in the bath. Esp hot water. Rooms have no numbers, so you can mistakenly go to the wrong room. Service staff excellent. Breakfast simple and delicious.

Its a well maintained property. The best part we enjoyed was the food! All the three meals were stupendous! Lip smacking preparation. Good getaway from the city with family, friends, and colleagues. 5/5 will recommend!

Nice place..Suitable for all age groups.Rooms are neat and clean.Ample parking place.Food quality is good, however more items could have been added. Enough place for outdoor games. Swimming pool is also big enough, not much deep, so no diving and swimming. Hotel staff is helpful.

I liked it good food good view but the people managing it like the service people will act like they own the place too much attitude and no sense how to talk. The ugly black guy with the long hair specially he told he will not be able to help us because he got a big group of 40 people to attend as if we came for free. Not recommended

I went here with a big group of close friends based on the first hand experience of a couple friends of mine. Samara Gardens didnt disappoint.This is a great spot if you have a family or friends group that wants to chill without much adventurous activity. The rooms are excellently furnished, the staff is friendly, the included food is tasty, with options to order more, and the gardens and wide swimming pool (no fancy slides though) will help you relax when not cozying inside the rooms.If theres something I wish was better, then it would be the depth of the swimming pool. Its too shallow for grownups, but safe for most children.

Samamra Gardens is a wonderful place to go with a group of friends and family and unwind. Tucked away in a very quite region within Mumbai, making you feel you were outside the city. The rooms were clean and the food and service we good too. The costing was not exorbitant.Very shaded as this place has an amazing tree coverage. There is a pool as well towards the end of the property. A small sanded play area for children is there to keep the kids entertained for ages.You can carry your own snacks and beverages.Had a great experience at this place. Would go there again for sure.

Place is beautiful. One day stay is enough. Indoor games are provided. Food is very nice. Rooms are small and basic. Pool is not very deep and they tried to keep it clean.

Superb family vacation spot.

Beautiful, clean property. Very soft spoken staff. 1 point deducted for to many rules to follow like cannot go to pool side after dark, dinner closes at 10 pm, no dinner allowed in the room etc.

We visited this place during Dec, it was a quite and peaceful place. It is very near to the city. The swimming pool and the gardens are well maintained. The food is also humble and decent.

Not a very fancy place but it is perfect for a quiet weekend get away in madh island the cost of the room includes food as well which was cooked well. The pool is also quiet big and clean so perfect for kids and adults. Its peaceful and fresh the staff there is also very helpful and polite.

The place is decent to stay for a day and just relax. they have good rooms and a nice pool too. the food served is home cooked and tasty. The staff makes sure that you are having a good time. Incase you need anything they will make sure to get that as well. They have a badminton court as well.

Nice family weekend resort at Madh. Rooms are very clean, enough open public area, and a swimming pool. Meals are basic but tasty, staff are well organized. A bit rigid about meal timings, and if in a group bring your own starters as the menu is large but availability of items pretty limited.

Beautiful quiet place. Travelling to and fro is like going for an out of town drive. However the place makes up for the long drive.Been here 3 times in the last year and a half, still feel like going there again.Quaint little rooms. Beautiful green property. Well maintained. Excellent buffet spreads.Clean pool to keep the kids happy.Good place for small parties. Had a wonderful get together here for my nieces birthday.Special mention of the friendly staff. (Feroz - much appreciated). Ever eager to make your stay pleasant. Deducted a star because you have to pay in cash at the resort. Also a tad bit more expensive in comparison to other hotel/resorts in Madh/Marve.In all gives you a wonderful vacation feel without having to travel out of the city. Recommend atleast a visit.

The place is asw being in Mumbai Malad it looks like Goa an Konkan area. The food, ambience, staff specially Sam, Chef Martin, Feroz.The reception counter, and all the resort staff were excellent. It was worth paying for our stay with all food included. Best place with swimming pools an wedding parties, and for film shoot.

Samara Gardens is lovely retreat resort in madh, Marve. The rooms are amazing and service and food and everything is top notch. The view is mind blowing. Its a lovely little retreat within the city while feeling as if you were on a tropical vacation.

Overall the experience at Samara Gardens was good. Food was OK. For kids they should have an indoor games. More activity area is recommended.

The place is amazing. One star less because only cash payments available at resort.Edit: Saw a card swiping machine at the registration desk there. Dont know the reason for it not being used.

The place is away from the city, makes travel a pain, but peaceful and quiet after reaching there. The area around the pool is pleasant at night. Food is good enough.

This place is very close from Versova jetty...it takes 2mins to reach madh island jetty from versova jetty and after that you can take a rickshaw and reach here in less that 5 mins so basically its a quick weekend gateway without much of travel...The property is bful...its green and clean...the biggest advantage is there clean pool which is not that deep so that kids of small age (4+) can swim and have fun on there own..they have a small area with swings for kids..The food is tasty not oily..basic spread but a nice one ...The rooms are clean and basic with no mosquitoes and smell..bright light in each room and well ventilated..The staff is very cooperative and courteous...A thumps up from my side for this one...

Travel in your own vehicle for the best experience. You may also hire a cab. However, post 4p.m., it is quite difficult to find a rikshaw or a cab in the area. Then your best option is to travel to the boat jetty nearby and take a ferry to Varsova.Ambiance – 5/5Beautiful! The lush green gardens are well maintained. There are some outdoor seating, swimming pool, and plenty of space to walk around or play if there are children with you.Food – 3/5Decent food. We had opted for meals that come with the package. Both lunch and dinner include rotis, rice, 2 vegetables, 1 non-veg item, dal, pappad, salads, and one dessert, respectively. We had ordered some starters from their à la carte menu. Those were better in quality than the food included in the meal.Service – 4/5The staff is polite, friendly, and welcoming. However, for a huge place like that they are a bit understaffed. So, the delivery might be a bit slow when compared to most resorts.Facilities – 3/5As we were a big group, we got different sized rooms, with different amenities. Some of the rooms come with mini fridge, while the others don’t. They all have small wardrobes, a coffee table, mirror, and a dressing stand. Both rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained.The swimming pool is large, but not deep enough. It is just 4ft deep, and is sort of disappointment for people who are 6ft and above. Just like any other resorts in Mumbai, the water seems to be chlorine treated.
