Best to see is how the woman of India has uprightly upgraded herself in use of exercising machines without losing her traditional Indian saree & dress. You would find her doing Yoga & other exercises which you thought can be done by only with shoe & gym wear, that too without any hype..

It was nice garden for all age peoples, at morning time Many things to feel in that garden birds voice, natures fresh air .some of groups doing Yoga and young child do there gym,playing Volleyball. Its small But very nice to spend time for peace and internal happiness. So hope you also come to feel fresh air of nature must visit.

Available for all, open till 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.They have a section for kids and grass section where you can walk, they have a small gym section for senior citizens and in that they have a small place to do group workout.They have a small court to play volleyball, kabbadi, football and badminton.Above that there is a small section to play box cricket and badminton.
