Hook your pup to his leash, call his name, and start walking away briskly without looking back. Your pup should follow you and try to catch up with you on the side you have the leash held. If he does, give him a treat. If he doesnt come to your side, slow down, call his name, and use a treat to lure him to your side.

Small enclosure on the Carter sea side for our furry friends to play and socialize. It has a couple of dog training obstacles and a small puddle too. All in all a good place for pet parents to bring their dogs to socialize.

If you want to have an area to allow your dog to run free without worry then this may not be the park for you... I say this because along the one side of the perimeter the fencing is suspended in the air resulting in a huge gap below that allows dogs to easily escape. I love the fact that someone went to all this trouble to create a dog park however it is very small so throwing a ball and playing with your dog can be quite restricting. It is overgrown, however, my dog loved that. In a city where there is limited space for dogs to run I am grateful for this park.

Good place for dogs to play cn bring any breed.. smaller breeds have a separate section larger breeds play differently so there is no fights.

It is calked Carter road sea side where they have made side by side dog park little further any children park, and then walking/jogging, and exercise place. It is blessing to be staying this side

Update: As of March 2021, they have trimmed the knee high bushes and levelled the area with soft sand. Saw many dogs having a fun time.(Ignore now my negative comments about the high grass where your dog can get lost)- Dont go by many of the images posted here as an overwhelming numbers are of the next door kiddie park or of the pavement infront of the enclosed doggie park or of when the park was newly opened.- Located on the Carter road stretch, a small area of about ?100×50mts.- Was started with much fanfare with some contribution from a Bollywood actor (if I have heard right) and was a delight before, but over time it has declined.- There seems to be no routine maintenance here.- As of December 2020, the area is overgrown with bushes and wild grass. Small dogs will get lost in the growth.The wooden planks for exercising the dogs are falling apart.- Despite this, there are still dogs there. Mostly, I believe, because there is hardly any other place you can get dog off the leash in this city.

Love this place. Every dog that comes in is well trained, healthy and with cooperative owners. You will meet other dogs between 5-7pm, post 7 pm the ground is usually empty.My dog hasnt fallen sick visiting this park but many owners suggested their pet suffered with ticks even tick fever.Please make sure your pet is medicated before you take them to park.

An excellent idea. Only issue is that not everyone follows the protocols and you still find our little friends and their waste all over the road and footpath. A great place to take uour dogs for a walk and run without being worried about the cars and people coming in the way. This concept should be copied and used in all places. Hats off.

A good place to take your dog for a day out. I have a pug and you get to see a lot of different breeds here. this was the first time my dogs ever been to a dog park . It was a nice experience overall . planning to take my dog there every sunday as its a joyful place . Kudos :)

The park in isolation is not great. Its a small fenced narrow piece of land by Carter Road. But its pretty good in the context of Mumbai - a place where people Cal get their dogs and leave them lose to play.

Little runt of a fenced park on Carter Road. Much needed spaces for owners to let their dogs off the leash. But very tiny and not much in the way of amenities.

An excellent idea put together by the Carter road residents association. An excellent place for animals which are couped up in owners tiny apartments. They can really let their hair down and enjoy the cool sea breeze. The animals also learn to adjust with other animals. From time to time organisations conduct dog shows and give away prizes. At these events owners and pet lovers can out up trauma stricken animals for adoption.

Got a dog? Bring him here, 5-7pm daily dog owners come with their best buds and let them get used to others.Saturdays and Sundays are the best - max amount of dogs appear. Sunday sometimes actually feels like a dog fair. Just one thing - always close the door behind you!!

This Is an incredible place to just hangout and have a nice walk. The sunsets are splendid, however some parts need cleaning up, but on the whole its is something one must see at least once.

Fence on one side is completely broken, slides are not well maintained and the owners dont clean up after their dog making it really dirty. As there are hardly any dog parks around, it becomes more like beggers cant be choosers. This is all we have so its fun with dogs around, but its really not maintained well.

You can have so much fun with the cute doggie and they play so much. If you have a dog, a place to must visit

A fenced in area where the dogs can run free is a boon. Sadly, it is very poorly maintained. There is no grass, there is no water faucet and many people do not clean up after theri dogs. Dog fights are a regular occurrence and are not taken seriously by either side.

I feared that my dog would run away from it due to improper fencing. Also the space is below average. Timings are inconvenient as the time of park meets with abundant traffic in the area.

There is a huge opening which leada to the rocks and sea. Dogs can easily run away from there and get lost. Also strange looking people are going and coming continously through the opening, hence not very safe for children too.
