Im extremely displeased with the handling of the recruitment process. I was put through all rounds of the interview, including the final round only to not be chosen on the grounds of living outside their radius. This decision could have been made at the first stage itself, while shortlisting me on the basis of my CV because it had my address mentioned. Even though the process is streamlined and organized, their reason for turning me down isnt convincing enough. Please make sure to single out candidates on this basis in the prior steps itself. Our time is precious as much as yours is.

Very spacious and well secured starting from the security team, I was here for an interview, dont know much but seems like there is staff parking available and there are employee benefits too.They are hiring candidates if anyone is interested.I was scheduled to meet HR. Khusboo whod asked me to come to the office for the interview and after waiting for 2 hours in the room I decided to call her to get an update and then she took the self introductory round over the call.Such a waste of time, money and energy and mis managed.

I wish I could give something less than 1star. Pathetic company at the start of application process. No cordination, no transperancy, no solid way of hiring. Wasted 2 weeks for the hiring process. No clear feedback given. I thought after Convergys, Concentrix must have improved but its still the same and thats all because of their hiring team (Mr.Mayur Sochar). If soo much issues at the initial process cannot imagine how it will be later after getting hired! Im happy that Im not a part of this company! Specially the people!

Well I had given this company 5 stars before. Now after 14 months of working with the company I understood how pathetic can process be after a manager is changed. FYI I was working for NBN, I would not name anyone, but yes the process got worst every other day after one of the very amazing manager left and someone else took over. No one took COVID-19 Seriously and people in higher management where also tested positive because of this. There is alot of issue with OT amount every month because they say it is system issue. How can there be system issue every month for past 8 months. Pathetic experience I would say. 1000% worst politics which happens jn every other company but here I had become a target. Would never ever recommend anyone to work with Convergys Globally. I was not given my OT amount for 35 hours in my FNF. How worst can a company be ? And what a amazing set of Leaders. What should I say. They have a very big contribution in making process worst.

This is the best place i have ever worked at if anyone would ask me where to join I will suggest Concentrix to them this company gave us job security in lockdown period as well

I m working in Concentrix for Optus so far its good related to covid-19 pandemic got 2 months of basic salary during lockdown without any problemSalary is okay...Management and superiors and HR are good so far...Employees are goodTransport facility has improved related to drop they move cab during drop on time now a days because previously cab use to move 1 hour late many timesbut for pickup is okay because pickup is 2 hours prior from location like ulhasnagar ambernath actual login time which is pain .even those 1 hour prior from thane location which is just 10 minutes away from companywhich is also pain .Transport consumes lot of time.Canteen facility is okay because of limited stuff with heavy price for employeesWorking hours are 8.5 with 1 hour of break which is okayDont know about mediclaim how company is because not applied yet.Promotion pattern is same like most of the companies fluctuating for some employees good for some is partial..

Have been working with this company for couple of months. The work environment is really good. One will not find any issue or problems.

Nice place to work... You will get lots of support from Hr and on floor while working... Friendly and stressless environment for work... Nice transport service... Transport system is so good. They will never disappoint you. (5 star for the transport system)... The only fault is salary is very less for the chat process and some salary issue that doesnt matter a lot for me... Even the security get the good salary in convergys.. Thats why I have rated 4 start otherwise it worth 5 star rating... If you get an opportunity dont miss it.

The salary for their tech process is good. Company is not employee centric. They treat you as if they have done a favor hiring you instead of taking it as a commerce/mutual agreement. Your mangers here are only as bad as they look. You will be threatened 2be thrown out so u live in fear and they can make u struggle and work extra hard like a slave. But if you r skilled & smart you will knw ur worth and knw better how 2deal with things.

As the support is mostly for North America & Canada , all people working for HP Process have Night Shift in IST timings. First shift starts at 06.00 PM till 4.00 PM. It adversely affects by continually working in Night Shifts. Reduces Immunity & increases stress level. Overall it is good for BPO background people. Not at all good for people who worked during normal Working hours in their previous jobs. Incentives are optional even if you are a star performer & meet all KPIs. Worst company with worst management, once we done our interview, still have to clear 8 rounds, and the worst part is they will take your 3 day for that until you receive your offer letter without getting payed.

Did not like the way the company works. Firstly it is located so far off and then the hrs are not cordinating. They make the candiates wait even when they dont have requirements. Also they do no specify what they need in terms of employment and when people visit that si when they tell the requirement. This can be avoided if they market things well and mention it well. The recruiting hrs do jhols and hire people with insufficient document snd then the verification team later fires these peoole saying the documents have not been produced. the recruiting hrs do jhols to mert their targets and employees suffer. It is not worth of a company.

The company is just a B******..Please dont ever join this company..No proper management.

Had been to CVG regarding my PF withdrawal & it was an amazing xperience that I met my friends & my trainer Amarjeet after almost 3years also work of my PF withdrawal was pretty quickly handled by Abhishek the HR & happy to be here once again after quite a long.

Salary for chat process here offered to employees is less than what a watchmen gets.. Point to think about. Their leave policy is good. TLs on the floor are friendly.

Not sure about the Convergys in whole, But working for HP Process is the worst place to work, Management has not ethics,Their communication sucks big time,No Integrity,They spit gutka on the floor,Zero hygiene level.Abusive language its like mother tongue over here.The senior trainer will not not train you to be better on your job he will train you the work arounds, and how to manipulate the system.So if your looking for a carrier, Skip this process.
