Its a type of junction where all types of buses (AC, nonAc) and also cabs are available. Buses here are frequent and one do not needs to wait for a long time.

Mostly when you need to travel to north you would find MaitriPark as one of the best option to get down as its a prime location from where you may get to LTT from where most of the south trains travel. Takes around 3 and half hours to reach from Pune ST stand, mostly crowded roads.. Auto rikshaws available 24/ 7 .. If you need to get down for LTT station get down here.. Self experienced..

One of the prime location in chembur. It is near to Sion Panvel highway. It near to RK studio , Union park and Freeway entrance. State transport buses and Private buses are going from Maitri Park stop. Crowded during weekend and festival season.

There are some idiots working here. I asked if the dahi wada(curd dougnut) is sweet, I did not want sweet. the guy said its not sweet. The dahi wada turned out to very sweet...Sweet as sugar...!!!

The building F Block has lot of wear and tear as it very old building and its high time the redevelopment must happen as we sold off our house in that society almost 24 years ago..

I travel to my native place from here every time the buses are late and the person in the office is either sleeping or doesnt knowthe update for the respective bus .
