It is the best company i have worked with. I was working as an Account Manager in AMRC team. The work environment, people, cafeterias, work ethics and everything is exceeding expectations. I went through a consultancy for the interview. My interview started at approx 11 am and ended by 12:30 pm (all rounds). So people who are saying that had to wait till evening without being interviewed is something no ones comes across specially at ECW. Someone asked the salary for customer executive, so they are paying approx 27 k approx for experienced of course. Try for this company and if you are lucky enough then reach for the stars in comparatively very less time.

WARNING: THIS PLACE IS THE ULTIMATE TEST OF PATIENCEWorst ever experience. After travelling for 1.5 hours they made me wait for 3 hours (6 pm- 9 pm) without interview. The consultancy Aura International have been really supportive till the end & also the security staff who let me in their cafeteria with a special approval.When asked for reason for delay I was told that there were too many Inhouse candidates for the interview which caused delay. This straightaway means they DO NOT CARE for and respect the time of external candidates. Others who walked in after me also completed their rounds & left with appointment letters keeping me waiting & waiting & waiting. Meanwhile managers had their long dinner break too. On the other hand other companies conduct interviews on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis without being biased in any manner.And even more pathetic thing is there is NO PROVISION for Tea/Coffee for the interview candidates so if you feel drowsy after waiting & waiting & waiting...There is no solution to this.I was interviewed by the TL of the Accounts Receivable division Interviewer crossed all the boundaries & got into my personal things. He was dammn arrogant, insolent & provocated me on multiple occasions by asking plenty of nasty questions. He also threw random numbers at me and told to do arithmetic operations for nearly 5 mins in a row. When he was finally done with enough of humiliations, I was told to leave to never come here again.

The best thing about this company is they give one salary as Diwali bonus, and worst is they never hire second time.. If you are an employee of this company and if you left for any reason and if you want to rejoin they wont hire you again.. Infrastructure is good. I visited here for interview. They made me wait almost 2 hours and then started with gd in between 2 candidates. And rejected both of saying that we are not suitable for this job. Hr doesnt even see your CV and ask for skills. My experience with this company wasnt so good

Can someone plz tell mewhat is the Customer Service Representative (CSR) salary?

I visited this company for Automation Tester position, for every candidate same two people were taking the interview for more than one hour, i had to wait for 2 hours for first technical round. After the technical round i was waiting for the hr for the feedback then after waiting 45 minuted i called hr and she told me i am on break and HRs are suppose to go on brake.. yes hr can go on break but not when interviewers are waiting for the feedback then she came and told me your this round has been cleared.. she called me again for the next round of interview again 2 interviews happened in 5 hours.. after few days i got the call from hr and she told i have been selected for this position and we are giving you xyz amount which was 20 percent hike on my current package. i told this is not even 30 percent hike at least you should follow industry standards then she told dont talk me like this i was stunned because i was just discussing with her after that she told me this is my final if you want to join you can call me.this is for your so called HR Somiya Moolya : please dont show your attitude to the candidates. not everyone is dying for job and your rude behavior with candidates ruining company image.If you are planning to go for interview please go early and have something to eat with you because these guys will take 5 to 6 hours for 2 or 3 rounds and after that will offer you 20% hike :D :p

Interview was scheduled at 12.30 PM but receptionist confirm HR comes after 2 PM. They are not at all punctual nor they care for others timing.Poor and pathetic.

This 1star would be for the HR working in ECW.Imagine a candidate being called twice for interview and sitting for 4-5 rounds leaving home by 10pm in the night and then not getting a simple call or email stating whether selected or no.I feel rather than keeping the candidate waiting, just a phone call explaining why not selected would be helpful for the candidate to work on the areas so atleast he/she shall be able to take the feedback and implement it for the future interviews.P. S : I called the HR(Glisten George) for an update the call was forwarded wrote an email and it has been 48hrs since I got a reply.

They have two offices in different wings inside complex, as it is big complex with many corporate offices its difficult to find. Kindly ask with your recruiter exact wing details so as to reduce your searching time.

Company is awesome but i was out from the 1st round because of my communication but i was practice all the technical topics so i dont know what they ask me for speech or essays rather i worked on that so they hire only a person who speak English good thats all because they have a calling process not exact technical work.

Very unproffessional people. They do not value candidates time. I spent almost 6 hours for the interview. I was selected for the final round for which they said they will call me and inform about the same, if not i should call and get the date and time fixed. Its been more than 25 days now. I have not recieved any response from them. When i try to call, they always say that the concerned person is not available and that i will recieve a call back... which never happend.

Pathetic Experience!.. They said I have cleared the technical rounds for sql but they kept me on hold as I was in queue and told me that if any of the previous candidates dont take the offer letter they will call me up. Guess what?.. interviews are still going on and no one called me back... when I called the consultancy Humanroots they said that the company has positions fulled but other consultancies called me for same openings.. such a waste of time.....................
