These people are pathetic. They dont care for your time, the interest rate always keep on skyrocketing.I curse my stars to this date that I got involved with this finanance. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them.

Staff is good and the loan procedure is hassle free when you are applying for the loan but when it comes to paying loan they never cut down your interest rate whatsoever the market is or RBI guidelines are however when the market interest rate goes high they make sure to add it to you interest which is not fare from such organization. You would notice that your 120 month tenure is been changed. No one is ready to assist and even they dont bother to reply.

This is very disgusting bank the staff is not good and interest rates are high and loan tenure is unbelievable.My suggestion never take any loan from this bank.😠.

I am very upset with this bank .. they increase interest rate when ever the want .. and there is no one with whom I can coordinate..the say to call customer care.. but one one picks the phone .I am paying my emi regularly .. when I took loan from them they told the emi is for 120 months .. and now after 30 months after paying regular emi now they have increased tenur from 120 months to 146 months..please I request all those who want to take loan from this bank .. please be carefull..

I have changed my review now, Bcoz Capri global company has called me and helped regarding my questions.Now i am taking loan from this company only on there positive response. Got information about that person who behaved very bad with me, he lost his job. Good for company......Very good service....The experience was very very very bad.....loan department people from mumbai are only wanted to complete there targets near month end any how, and if you ask them to wait for some papers to submit, there behaviour will be very rude and they will insult you also.Like i experienced saying Give me your papers today in next 2 to 3 hours or our company is not interested to give loan to you from tomorrowEven they are not ready to give charges explanation of paid 5000 at time of login.Very bad staff in goregoan mumbai office.
