Very familiar and atmosphere and cooperative staff, I would like to suggest my friends and relatives

Very Bad Service -I visited this diagnostic centre today Morning at 9am Sharp for X-ray of my left foot. Till 9-15am no one was on the reception came to attend me as I was suffering in deep pain. Later a nurse came and attended me at 9-20am . I was been made waited till 10am till my X-ray was been done. Later I was kept waiting for another 20 minutes till I get my film to show my doctor. Later I was instructed that I would get my report by 6pm but when I went to take it Again to my surprise I was been told to come post 7pm .I guess these centres are more money centric and have no value to patients urgency.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this diagnostic centre....

Worst staff specially Dr Shweta pandey she is very irresponsible

Pathetic. I wish I could give zero star. Wrong diagnostic and reports. Someone goofed up my Iron studies report. After which I had to go for Thalassemia as Iron studies came normal. They do not have the technology and my Thalassemia reports were sent to Metropolis. In which the fault came in. How can they be so irresponsible. The anxiety I went through this last week. Also my treatment was delayed by a week. I went there as my mother is their regular customer. I am shocked to see the reviews now. And agree with the negative review. Stop playing with peoples lives. And dont even try to defend yourself now as I have uploaded both the reports. The Thalassemia tests were also sent thru you to Metropolis. This is a serious offence shame on you guys.

Worst these people take to give a report of cbc mor than 19 hours which other lab give you in less then half of these peoples time & charges is same as other private labs

Sharing a feedback as received by one of the employees of my company who went there to take the flu shot this morning. Below is the feedback as received:I would like to give feedback in regards to M M medical centre.There was no social distancing maintained at the diagnostic centre.There was no temperature check while entering the centre (not sure if was part of the M M medical centre’s protocol). People were just getting in and out of the centre.I being visually impaired had taken my wife to the centre to help to fill out the declaration / consent form, however they did not let my wife in in spite of my wife telling them that I would require help to fill out the consent form. They let her in after around 15 minutes to help fill out the consent form, however I had already finished taking the vaccine. In short, the consent form was filled after I took the vaccine instead of filling out before taking the vaccine.

The receptionist who was a novice took my blood test, it was extremely painful and she started hunting for my blood vein once the needle was already inside. After she failed to actually find it she asked her senior to do it. Pathetic! It’s been hurting ever since.

Be careful before taking your patients there. Narendra Jain the owner is an illogical person who doesnt have any pitty for patients. And useless staff..

The diagnostic center has all services under one roof and economical too

Dr kamath is really good.He was quick in finishing his work.My wait of an hour and half was worth it.The blood test was done in 5 mins and the counter was quick to respond.Thank you u guys can visit it if its near to your place.Thank yoh

Very good place for your blood tests, reasonable rates,helping staff, comfortable environment.Inshort adequate facilities under one roof with helping peoples.I disagree those who putting some cheaper things regarding staff and services, because they are doing well even in this corona time.

I would not recommend this to anyone from my side because receptionists are very rude they gave very arrogant answers even when i asked politely. Service is not that good.if youre charging more as compared to the other labs than keep your service up to the mark. Dont let your hospital staff talk rudely with the patients. Patients come there for the checkup and medical reports and not to listen to your rude, arrogant answers. Thank you 🙏

A normal Diagnostic Centre the staff is very helpful and the medical shop the sides is also very efficient they do home delivery as well the blood check up results are accurate and they have a blood test pick up as well this is one of the Diagnostic Centre in the vicinity I hope this is helpful it is in Ankur building. You can park your car on the road and has a wheelchair accessible entrance.

An excellent diagnostic center with adequate facilities and reasonable rates, the staff is polite and hardworking and the medical store and tele-communication center nearby makes the work easier.

Good place to conduct your tests. Well planned tests for senior citizens. Ask for discount and youll get it

Staff is very supportive and friendly if you want them to be.Basically they are not rude.I have rated them 5 star as :They have air-conditioning 24/7They 90% of the time have the medicine required.However it is smarter to still phone and ask them if you understand = H4ÑD31ÑG =They are well mannered even if you are rudeThey have many modes of transportation

Pathological Centre. Not good for Xrays. The one I took last week was not of good quality. The current staff is courteous and pleasant.

Its a good place to do medical checkup also there are doctors for consultation. Parking availability on first come first basis.

I disagree with some earlier reviews regarding the staffs attitude. They are very apathetic regarding patients and rude. Have had such experience after which I never went to this centre again.

Worst management and receptionist...I had 100 less for the hand x ray to be done out of 700 rs and they declined it...I told them I will pay once I take the reports....no customer understanding ..pathetic and non emphatic is the word....

All test done here.patients are attended well. And very close to the main road. Close to Dahisar station.

Diagonistic centre.. most facilities reasonable charged

As I have experienced, they make some of reports wrong and also they charged higher than others lab hence please dont visit.

Online report system told will be active after 5 , but it says, report not found!
