Great doctors and staff, I went for taking my first dose, staff is very helpful, they didnt have online payment platform , the staff helped me in providing assistance, it hardly took 10 mins for the whole process and my vaccination was done

DO NOT COME HERE FOR COVID 19 VACCINE. The place is highly mismanaged and crowded. Took 2 hours to get the vaccine. No proper waiting area after vaccine. Had to sit on the road. People are accomodated before you even when they arrived after you. And this was done after we booked prior appointment from Cowin. Highly disorganised. Please go elsewhere for vaccine.

Very bad staff specially the lady sitting at billing Ms. Jayshree counter. She will take your money and will not give any receipt and later they will call saying your amount is pending.And when we complained about it she started shouting like maniac.First they will take your money and keeping in their pocket and when asked about that they will behave like we have done something wrong.

The best place to get your Covid 19 Vaccination, took my parents, superb, efficient, well organised, polite, it was a wonderful experience.

I had an MRI at Apollo, navi mumbai. Because of wrong detection of MRI my surgery was started for wrong disease, as wrong team came forward for surgery because of wrong reporting, surgery became complicated. My health situation became worse and worse. Although I survived but my chances to conceive is negligible now. Apollo destroyed my life and health because of wrong MRI reporting.

I went to Apollo for my annual medical.All the staff members are extremely professional, courteous and helpful.The clinic is well maintained with high standard of hygiene and great equipments for all your diagnostic needs. All my tests were carried out very smoothly also there was one person assigned to assist me all the time. Overall i had an amazing experience and would strongly recommend this place. Thank you Apollo and team for the wonderful experience.

Website is not functioning and all modes of customer service arent working either. If you are looking to get a PCR test done you are better of going to Metropolis or Shabazkars (if in colaba area)

Clinic is well maintained with high standards if hygiene ..Nice staff

The facilities are not only spic and span but very professionally managed. My full body executive health check-up which was supposed to take 4 hours was over in 3 hours 15 minutes, thanks to the coordinator and others concerned who worked in clock like precision. Only one suggestion : All health workers should have protective masks in their face as no one can prevent involuntary cough/sneezing which can be a source of infection to unsuspecting patients/check-up seakers.

They never ever are willing to pick up your call keeping the call busy

I went with a facial cut. The doctor although nice, pushed indirectly towards the non stitching option while avoiding taking responsibility for that (he wrote that I rejected it). However that happened after he suggested that stitching will make scaring worse. Actually stitching the correct way does minimise the scaring... Hospital surgeon (at different location) insisted on stitches.

I really do not prefer to rate even a star. I had called the Apollo Clinic at fort for a sonography. The reply I get is doctors are not available. Very stupid answer because such a big clinic and you dont have doctors available. Then I called the Andheri East clinic and the lady answering the call tells me that doctor is not available in the morning. You can come at 4:30 pm. We dont have doctor available in the morning. Such a stupid answer again. I told her that how do you guys function like this. She is telling me that you can go to some other pathology / clinic.
