We have visited 2 time at the brance first time got it best service service but second time we got it good service . All employee are good and also Branch manger is helpful . We came here for Loan stament they sent at registered email id . Very good .

The Branch manager lacks integrity required for such a role. I wonder if our money and personal details is in safe hands at all. Poorly trained staff devoid of any empathy towards problems faced by customers. I had faced an online payment issue and called them several times to get it resolved, but they keep passing the buck. The branch manager should be fired first.

Worlds very worse and crupted bank compare to another bank they are always giving less foreign exchange from Rs 1.2 to Rs 1.5. Very None sense and stupid staff they dont have manners how to talk with customers, never open any accounts in this bank specifically NRI & NRE bank accounts.Never take any loans from ICICI bank. Very big crupted & pirates organisation in the world.

Its is one of the head branches in mumbai has got ample amount of space for people and also they staff is very pleasant

Rather bustling throughout the day, but theres not much of a crowd in the early hours. So, youll be less hassled early in the day. Thereafter, theres such a rush, theres hardly time for anything. TIP: In the ATM room there are three ATMs. The machine in the middle doles out 100 rupee currency notes. Like, if you ask for 1900 Rupees, itll fetch 19 hundred Rupee notes.

Employees take away official keys to make sure multiple customers along with a 70 yr old one suffers. You will find staffs on personal calls, but wont find enough staffs to speak to customers. Worst than small banks in a village area. Khayaal Apkaa Hahaha
