Branch staff very irresponsible towards their work. No value for customers time and work. Very bad experience from old panvel branch.

Experiences of Hdfc home loan & even credit too much poor. They take too much time to disburse loan even after completions of all documentation. Hdfc home loan branch of old panvels work is too much lazy. No value of customers.

Very poor service. There are 5 counters but only 1 or 2 are running. Office start at 9.30 am but they take customer after 10.30am very slow process. Even government office work faster than hdfc Panvel.

Very poor service ....never take loan from HDFC ...My loan is approved but now at the time of disbursment they need all documents be uploaded online but their Sales person is not attending call and also not replying on whats app, I have provided Societys NOC then also they need Societys Chairman, Tressurer and Secretarys Mobile number why ? My friend applied Home loan with me through ICICI Bank, There executive met him outside their home finished all the documentation procedure and disbursed amount within 10 days ..Now have to let go my 6000 rs which i have paid to HDFC since i am applying loan to ICICI but I will be free from mental disturbance for sure.Guys never ever take Home Loan from this bank.

Never take loan in HDFC, one of the worst service you would ever imagine. A lot of hide and seek happens here, they will never explain you the entire clauses of loan processes and will put lots of additional money looting clauses. Sanjiv Shivvedi and Yuvraj Dalvi are the worst sales persons, they dont know anything. Please be aware of them
