Very very very poor response at branch employees. I am struggling to get resolved issue since March. I called customer care, dropped email, called branch manager but I failed. At branch I explained to Pradeep Gupta, Sachin, Jigar, Pradeep Mishra and Pavan. More ever to this there is no proper person take care of NRI account services or Personal Relationship manager. The lady name Mira Trivedi doesnt want to listen the matter and pass it to someone who is not responsible for bank related issues.All are interested in booking FDs and issues of policy for commissions only.
Please read the papers carefully before signing. The staff will go to any heights for promotion. Twisting and turning the words and presenting in such a way as if they care so much for the customers. But all the promises are only for their own promotions.

One of the worst banks and branch to deal with. I am an NRI customer with a long term association with ICICI. Major goofups that the bank has done with their absolute careless behavior:1. Updated my USA residential address 4 years back and still confidential documents, statements and my debit card continue being sent to my old address2. Takes forever to get any kind of customer support on their NRI helpline number. First liners will just put the call on hold forever telling they are connecting to supervisor and eventually call gets disconnected3. Sameer Jalan, branch manager at Kandivli west..would not care to respond to messages or calls. Would comfortably false promises for a simple thing like locker facility but eventually would never get back or care to respond.This is all coming from a customer who has pretty decent amount of assets with the bank and dealing with such lousy pathetic customer service. Wondering what it must be for other folks. Made up my mind to move out from ICICI.Stay away from this bank!!
WORST ICICI BANK BRANCH EVER!!!!I GAVE 3 IMPORTANT CHEQUES FOR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ICICI BANK AT 12 NOON. IT TAKES 5 MINS FOR THE TRANSACTION TO HAPPEN. I PROMISED MY SUPPLIER ACCORDINGLY. TILL NOW NO UPDATE AND WORST PART IS I CALLED UP ICICI BANK THEY ARE NOT READY TO GIVE BRANCH PHONE NUMBER AND ASKING TO PHYSICALLY VISIT THE BRANCH!!!!
All time cash deposit machine issues
Full Time Pass. No Customer Care Person to Attend. Waste of time for 1 Hour atleast. Better not to keep such number. Just speaking stipulated Menu.
Poor staff management. They have only one counter for cash related transactions, for statements and other queries also one counter. icici bank on mtnl way only infrastructure left.
