Bed experience. Helpless staffs.

Very Bad experience in this brach , I was very badly struggled to get my own documents, staff is not supporting and behavior of staff is very bad they are not responding on call and mail properly.

Pathetic service, most of the staff dont know end to end process..Still operates in 1980s era..Client is last priority.... clients wait for hours.....Also big fraud of this rate conversion..

I have been dealing with this branch of HDFC for more than a decade and the service has always been very good.I have seen people complaining about the staffs service. Invariably, it is the customer who wants to be treated on priority ( out of turn ), or the customer does not want to comply with required documents or procedure.Perhaps, an extra staff from the adjacent loan department during rush time to handle agents may solve the situation.

1st time went this branch used to go Goregaon or Chembur branch ... compared to this two Andheri branch is better

Worst situation in this Branch. Always 50% computer staff on leave. All ladies staff work here. Remaining staff is busy on their mobile phones. For a single quarry minimum wait period is 2 hours, even there is no rush. Immediate action required for a serious makeover. I feel trapped taking home loan.

It takes time but youll get great service.

I wish there were negative stars. The most pathetic branch and branch manager. Had given a written complaint about incorrect CIBIL updates for EMIs, 6 years have passed still the same is not sorted out.Wish to add an update the new manager got the issue sorted out. Hope the overall branch working has also improved....adding 2 stars

HDFC home loan department Need to improve staff quality and service. More than 2hrs of wating to ask my queries.

Pathetic service. Too much delay in attending customers

No response to customers queries. You keep on writing mails n no communication from staff. They want you to be present in branch n keep waiting entire day.

This place takes hell lot of time. There is no fix lunch time still everyone goes for lunch together inspite of customers waiting for their turn. And the lunch time goes for hours together. Sadly this is the only branch close to my place.

Very unprofessional staff..look like college paasouts are running the branch..complete chaos and unorganized..
