Worst Bank to bank with, they dont keep any records of loans taken and paid off. Its been 2yrs since i paid off my loans and still they try taking more money out of my account impacting my credit history. Whats worst is i have to visit Andheri branch to settle this while i live in mira rd.

I was informed that my EMI will be over in may 2020 and if I pay in this month, all EMIs will be cleared, but still in june it was debited and it still shows outstanding

I have took mobile phone on EMI, from Capital first. It was for 6 months. My EMI was completed 6months ago but i didnt got NOC till now. I had called customer care service they told me NOC will get by post but still I didnt get it. After that I called them many times but it seem they block me. So please take immediate action otherwise I will complaint in consumer care.

Pathetic dont take loan from this company they r harassing aur emi payment after payment done earlier also I will never advise to take loan from this pathetic company CAPITAL FIRST for updating they will call 15 times in day after payment also
