Most disgusting agency.Once you fail your EMI payment and if the loan agency Appoint Creditmate as Collections agent then be sure you are in a huge problem as they will not follow any ethical rules and will start calling all your friends and relatives from Contacts list making your life hell.I will request Police to steps against them as they dont follow any ethical norms and make life hell for the lenders.There are also instances in the past where people have commitments suicide because of their harassment.I know all these things because I am also their victim.Step away from these fraudsters.Please report this agency my friends and its my humble request to whoever reads my Comments.

Never take loan from these Cheaters.Once you will not pick up their phone calls regarding loan they will start calling all your friends and relatives and you will lose all the reputation.They call on behalf of multiple companies from which you have taken loan like Paytm Postpaid,Capital Float,Branch etc.

They will harass you till death.

The worst loan providers I have ever come across its a loss taking loan from them they never issue the NOC just false dates are given and most of the time office is always closed I received my NOC after months

Hire some decent people before making calls to female..your customers agents are so rude and they don’t have sense to talk to female....they don’t understand the issue and no knowledge..they will open your data and talk rubbish about your age and cast and your colour which is not acceptable...

Worst experience.. daily message for payment even in lockdown period. As already RBI Has given emi free time for six months.

My one month Emi is pending and they are messaging me that our third party will come at home and also they had add 10200 penalty for lockdown very bad company

I was a customer of Creditmate took a loan of sum amount , Loan process soon but after charging 16% of annual interest which is way higher from other banks , the service they have is worst , No followup nothing I gave thdm cheques to deposit on my Emi dates but they never deposit on time and even after followup of why its still not deducted ,No reply on whatsapp nothing not a single call . Then i figured out here they are having an additional benifit , later they charge heavy penalities for not giving emi on time they state ! Utterly bad service . Were the employee are not doing thier job proper ,No management No service , Compared to other bank loan providers they just try to add more moeny in to yur amounts by adding penalties with having No base . I am in loss of having my cibil hit by them even after paying money on timeThink twice before dealing with them .

Worst experience. No management nothing at all. Creditmate knows only harassing for EMI on the EMI date. Takes 10-12 days just for providing foreclosure amount.
