Kunal was responsive and co-operative on the other hand Hariom ji was very unprofessional and rude to the core, he spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor.On the website it states that, Unsecured Loans upto 75 Lakhs but that was complete rubbish, they werent willing to do an unsecured loan above 20 Lakhs. They took 2 weeks just to submit my Application to their credit team.After they submitted my application to the credit team they informed me that the credit team would call me, that never happened till date.Please do not waste your time with them, if you tell them anything they will push you to take a secured loan and will tell you to mortgage your property.

Trying to get the process to restart loan repayment since last 2 months, poor response from the team except will get back in 5 working days which are not finishing since 2 months. After every call the CS executive assures me that I will be contacted, Im yet to meet the fabled mythical avanse representative.Dear Avanse, if you are going to charge a high interest rate, please ensure that you have the services to back your demands. Else youre simply not worth the time and effort.Im ashamed to admit, but public banks like SBI and PNB have offered me better services and consultation than these private charlatans. Utterly disgusted.Shall be going with SBI for my current loan and any future educational loans.My verdict: Please avoid Avanse, there have been other issues that have been discussesd on public forums that I cannot get into.
