Never response and calls DHFL have to totaly shut down very pathetic customer service at all.
The system which they work on is worst. They never care of their customers just they irritate customers by calling them and reminding about the due, but never they check internally if customer is all clear from his end.From past one week or more collection department is keep on calling me saying to pay my EMI amount at soonest, and I have been saying them kindly check with your Dahisar branch as I submitted the cheque, it’s their responsibility to present it to the bank for clearness purpose but no their collection department is keep on calling me and everyday I say the same to them that kindly call your branch and update me if there is any issue or not but they reply saying we are not authorized to call the branch and I get shock after hearing this working for one company but can’t call their own stuff but they can irritate their customer by keep on calling even though customer is clear from their end.Worst working background they have. They don’t know how to work and never care for their customers.

Absolutely ill mannered reception lady.....they have seriously no idea how to talk to customers.If the loan amount is paid then also we have to go via token through same process with all customers...I mean I have paid you the money I want my documents why do we need to be with all other customers.
Charges interest on their own basis, Shah rukh khan earns from this. DONT is the word. NEVER is the word if you ever think about taking loan from them.

I dont want to give even 1 star. Pathetic service. Staff is not helpful. They dont have process knowledge. Even call centre staff doesnt have process knowledge. They both tell difference things. I dont understand why they keep such a dumb staff. Dont take loans from DHFL. other good options are there. Even DHFL interest rate is very high, they have increased home loan interest rate from 1st April 19 and they didnt bother to inform the customer. Very Very Poor Loan Institute, Never ever take loan from private Institute. many Hidden Charges. Interest rate very High. DHFL just taking Double Interest nearly 11.2%, they increase interest rate as per his Need of Money. Always Go for Government for Home or Any other Loan.

Dont Even try to talk to DHFL team, They are Completely Bluff for giving loan their sales team work hard but after that you are in trap and they will suck your blood like anything. If you will go in office or toll free call no body will respond.
It’s like those time when I visit a Govt. Office the waiting area is so bad , we don’t expect them to make us wait on a terrace outside for our number !!! No air condition only two small air coolers places there out of which only one is activated and 30 people waiting summer time heat is not justified!!

Very bad service...no one help you by over phone, all the time & for every thing they are asking us to visit there office.if you want to close your account also they are not helping you with your outstanding amount. If you need some document related with your Home Loan they are taking MAXIMUM TIME. They are worst service in Loan department.I personally suggest dont apply Home Loan from here.They are not liable for 1 star also.
Very very bad.. These guys have changed their Saturday working which is not known to customers and even its website also having old timings. Travelled all the way from Dombivli to Dahisar today but in vain. Recommend not to go for DHFL, make your file strong and apply to any other financial institutions but not DHFL that’s sure. Very bad experience as a customer even won’t give one star rating also
On website its mentioned they are open on Saturday at 9:30 am. I waited DHFL to open on Saturday finally when we up there was notice put up on door stating Saturday office is closed. DHFL have provided misleading information on website
No one answers the branch phone ever!!! Even the customer service executives on the toll free number are poorly trained & dont have proper answers for most part. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! This is worst bank I have seen being NRI we use to this that government banks are bed but Im finding government banks are more good then this bank.
Poor customer service, front desk executive is frustrated and get pressurized with customer crowd. Passes it on to customers with rude behaviour. Staff is least bothered for customer service, they look for excuses to send customers back. Advice to get all documents related to your loan/service otherwise theyll make fool of you.

DHFL people are more slow than government officers. One advice for all............never to deal with DHFL as they are good for nothing. I will rate them -5.
Pathetic Customer Service seen in my entire life and I would rate negative. The security person was very rude since despite on time and multiple requests didnt allow inside. He had closed the door before 6:00 pm. Asked for the manager but still he was in his own world and kept repeating manager isnt available. Also, he said that main tumhara Naukar nahi hoon ke jo bologe woh karunga. The manager or any senior most person didnt even bothered to enhance the customer experience by resolving the issue since it was just a matter of 2 minutes work for which I had to travel for 2 hours. This is the way customers are being ill-treated at DHFL Dahisar. I am sure few years down the line such behavioral issues are going to make it difficult for the company to survive in the market.

Last 1 months your DHFL is not capable to provide me the lone amount and you DHFL start’s my EMI Rs.17033/. on 14th March 2018 also every after 1 or 2 days you sales person says tomorrow will transfer your loan amount to you bank account but till date not happening. every after 2 days they ask for new document’s . like MHADA NOC and ETCIf my document is incomplete so how can your bank sanction the loan and start my Emi and not transferring the loan amount.sorry right now i dont have my loan accoutn details with me .

Very bad service, for everything you have to visit personolly to office. No body is picking up phone. DHFL coustmer service is worst than goverment office. Due to this attitude i am transfering my loan to other bank.
This rating is applicable to all branches of DHFL that I have visited which include Vasai West, Dahisar west and Bandra East. It deserves 5 stars only till the reception desk. Ahead of that its all BMC attitude.
